  • Chocolate Souffles Recipe

    270g milk
    110g dark chocolate
    4 egg yolks
    50g sugar
    30g cake flour
    4g vanila extract
    4 egg whites
    50g sugar
    10g butter
    30g sugar
    powdered sugar
    1) Mix yolk, sugar, and vanilla.
    2) Add the flour and mix it.
    3) Put milk and dark chocolate in a pot and boil it over low heat.
    4) Mix it well and when the chocolate melts, pour it into the yolk and mix it.
    5) Pour the mixture back into the pot and place it on low heat.
    6) Keep stirring and boiling.
    7) Add more chunks and mix them like custard.
    8) Wrap it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to cool it lukewarmly.
    9) Put it in a bowl and loosen it with a spatula.
    10) Stir the egg whites into another bowl.
    11) Divide sugar three times to make a hard meringue.
    12) Mix it with chocolate dough.
    13) Fill the souffle cup with the finished product dough.
    14) Wipe the edge of the cup with your fingers.
    15) Bake in preheated oven (190 degrees 13 minutes)
    16) Sprinkle the finished souffle with powdered sugar.
