    I want to give you a BIG heart felt hug right now!
    I have been trying to find a solution to this Firmware Lockout for two weeks. Even had Apple Support on the line.

    Would this work on a MacBook that I’m buying with a password lockout? Seller is selling due to forgetting her password. Just checking if it’ll be wise if I try this method after purchasing 2023 MacBook Pro

    • @GigabyteWorld
      @GigabyteWorld  ปีที่แล้ว

      Well there are two types of passwords
      Did she forget the login password or the firmware password .If it’s login password you can just reset the MacBook and it should work if it’s a firmware password then this method shown in this video would not work on a 2023 Pro .If it’s a firmware password the seller can visit the Apple Store and have the password removed before selling it to you if that’s possible
