At that coke tolerance if anything causes feelings of panic and irritability until you hit the spot. You ever heard of the "drip"? Tone of your voice will drop from uneasiness to talk and try drinking water after taking a hit. You will feel choke due to numb throat. Once it's settled, 15min or so, you can drink alcohol to help bring high to a more even keel and last longer and allow for conversation but without that or cigarettes, you literally get lock jaw.
