I doubt because last time when I went to Rangpo only 4 wheeler permissions were there. For bike permission you need to go to gangtok. I'm not sure whether the rules are changed in 2022 or not

Permit k liye you have to provide voter card or any address proof card for verification. It takes 1day. Each and every person in the group must provide their cards. And you have to take permit of 3 days

Haa you can visit but maximum part of North and East Sikkim are closed on that time..

Yes permit available. You have to go to the permit office of Gangtok if it is your personal car. If it is rented then driver will manage the permit and all
Can i take my personal car for this trip. I have a BH number plate which is for Govt Employees. I am asking this bcoz u said they stop 4 wheelers at Gangtok. Kindly suggest
Yes they stop other state number if the driver is not from Sikkim.. You can go to gangtok by driving from your own. And from their you have to hire a drive with Sikkim lisence to drive you further.

Dada I want to visit east Sikkim but I don't want snow on roads ,I mean I want a peaceful ride which will be the best month without snow.
From now to october is the best time to avoid snow. There there are risk of heavy rainfall and landslide. However you need to see the rain forecast before planning your trip

Yes.. You have to show lisence 2 copy photos that's it. Per day rent will be around 1500 to 2000 depending on the bike.. You can get bike rentals in Gangtok and Jalpaiguri both.

Bike per day 1800, per night room 1500, khana pina do logo ka per day 1000

Permit is needed only for nathula pass or for the whole circuit?
There are two checkpoints. One before changu for changu Lake and one in sherthang for nathula pass

Yes it is enough.
Can travel to east and North with private car ?
Yes you can. But there are some rules and regulations. Just visit the permit office and ask.
