We will use commercial ply of 18 mm and good quality of foam by testing the way explained in your video. Sofa will be L shape of total 18 ft. material and labour cost willl be 40k only for structure then what will be range of cushioning cost per ft for cushioning?

Hello sir, we are planning to manufacture sofa for our living room from local carpenter and cushioning from another vendor. It will be ply based sofa so at base we are planning to use 40D HR form and on back 32D PU foam. What should be costing per sq foot for above requirements?

Total sofa cost with ply frame depending upon which brand foam , fabrics and ply u use. Average cost pr feet Rs. 2500 to 3500.(total sofa cost with labour)
