Anyone who knows anything about construction will tell you that full contact with the wood structures is a bad idea since it leads to wood rot, as cement retains moisture and the wood absorbs it over time to rot away.
Adobe homes have been used for centuries all over and hold pretty well, as long as there are no earthquakes your home is safe and comfortable almost for ever!🙏

A stone cottage in the woods is a dream of mine to build, but I would rather have a two story or single story main structure with a two story tower. Make it look like a fairytale. Great job, gorgeous work.
Just turn down the volume and play whatever music you want. It's an easy fix . That way you can Enjoy this man's hard work without the distraction of something you dislike.

Crazy how the title doesn't say he did it all by hand.. The roof wrap isn't.. The title just says he built a house in the woods, it doesn't say it was bushcraft or primitive tech

I respect what he can do. I also can see why there is an entire industry devoted to building structures using cement instead of mud.
