  • Brain-computer interfaces can make a dream come true. They could help us communicate directly with machines. This technology offers fascinating possibilities. Especially in the medical field this technology can help many people. But there are also downsides. Can everyone then get access to our thoughts? We have taken a closer look at brain-computer interfaces. What do you think about brain-computer interfaces? Tell us in the comments...

    In one way or another this technology will emerge and that's great for me. Even if this can cause damage in a way of stealing information of our brain (i really don't believe, but in the case) I'll never say stop innovating in this area because it can give so much to us (like un medicine, entertainment, new technolgies etc.).

Once the lady realized i was consciously redirecting the object in a reverse direction just for fun. She asked me was I making the item go in a different direction I began to laugh then I just left the area. Later someone brought a note for me to come to a room number. When I arrived it was a crowd of people awaiting for me to repeat me MIND action. I decided to tell them it doesn’t happen on demand I was just having fun. PS. I think we wouldn't need the device after some practice. Often the things we learn are possible only become so after we try. I searched the internet in my sleep vividly, but was is just a memory or was I actually connected? If it was a vivid memory where I could read individual comments and such, well that means something very interesting. Files of memory accessed to that level and that clearly...or the creation of that in a dream...well that hints at quite a bit of untapped potential. I think a chip in your brain would only serve to control a persons potential. I think people are moving in this direction and someone knows it.

Also... if they can control soldiers’ minds to turn them into super-killers, WHY wouldn’t they use that against you too, if they wanted?? 😂 So many more rhetorical questions... This tech is great, the misuse that ppl are worried about wouldn't be a thing if we lived in a socialist society. Under capitalism all tech can be corrupted (After all Cyberpunk is a criticism of Capitalism during the late digital age, not of the digital age itself..)

    I am so sick of how people are scared of technologies! It's the same story when 10 years ago, they were scared of AI but today AI is our daily life. People who were against it, shouldn't use it at all! If you are scared of BCI, the first thing that you should do, is to destroy your smartphone!

    Recipe for disaster. OOPS! I dropped my cell phone, car turns right into a ditch or left into traffic. Even though it's supposed to be illegal to text and drive, or to even be talking on their cellphones they still do it. Now you want to direct interface these distracted drivers to their cars computers? Come on! This is scary stupid. The tech may be great for a mechanical arm or leg but a 4,000 lb. car?

      It’s all good. They’ll get you where they want you. I mean where you want you. But what do you really wAnt? Seems there’s a Red Lobster and some new tech just to your left. That’s where we want - you* want you to be. 🤗 If not, ok fine you dropped your phone. 😉 Skrrrrt!!!

    I REALLY miss the days when DW delivered information without without the PERSONAL opinions of the presenters, or at least WAITED until the end of delivery of information to inject their personal opinion. Not even 60 seconds in and the presenter announced 'pretty invasive' REALLY? you really could wait? 😂

    • @freak9890
      @freak9890 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      "Invasive" is a commonly used term in the medical field for any surgical operation that would cause significant change to our bodies. An implant, especially one in as vital of an organ as the brain, is understandably considered invasive. She probably meant it both ways, but of all the media bias in recent years, this barely even scratches the more extreme end of biased reporting.

      It's the correct term for that kind of procedure. The same way EEG's are non-invasive

    Revelation 13. Mark of the Beast. Don’t be fooled. Repent and Believe upon Jesus Christ the Nazarene, He was crucified for our sins and rise again 3 days later. Repentance toward God and faith toward Christ is our way to life eternal. Trust God, fear Him and Love Him… back.
