Bro ur adhd commentary is on point and you confirmed my purchase of the kishi V2 for my little brother who is a top ranked cod mobile player also as an aside the commentary on things like the button action is not unappreciated that stuff can make or break peripherals to people trying to compete at the top level
I was at Walmart today and saw backbone for the first time. Didn't know they had been around. I was looking for the razr but it wasn't in stock. I left and got on TH-cam and found your video. Thank you so much. I think I'll get the backbone. Keep it up
Hello Chris. I'm going to buy one of those controllers you mentioned, I'm deciding in favor of the Gamevice Flex. It's been a while since you made this video, is there anything negative to add regarding Gamevice Flex or can I buy without worries? Thanks for the content and attention.
How do they feel in your hands? I have pretty big hands and I fear I'll struggle placing my fingers on the top triggers. How do the triggers compare between the kishi 2 and the backbone?
Assuming you are asking about gamevice then i would say it would probably be the most comfortable one for bug hands. The other devices have a much smaller footprint and surface area to grip. The triggers are definitely fine for the product. They arent as satisfying as clicking the triggers on an xbox controller or anything
I just took out the spacers in my backbone and my lg v60 fits fine with the case I have (w/ stand) and since the case is rubber, it doesn't move so I don't understand everyone saying the backbone can't be used with a case. This is also the case (lol) with my red magic 8, not just the silly one that comes with it but a third party case with a stand.
I bought a razer Kishi V2 and mine had a slight left joystick delay, I noticed it when emulating smash bros, pressing left joystick -> plus B didn't do the directional attack it was supposed to. it's a very hard to notice lag in most games, like 1/8th of a second delay, but I easily notice it in fighting games like smash bros. I returned it and got another Kishi V2 and it had the same error... tested with my V1 and xbox controller and neither had this issue. Anyone else have anything like this?
@@_pixelchris Are you super sure? This was really hard for me to notice in almost any game because of how small the delay was, but very noticeable when emulating smash bros because of the precise inputs with the left joystick needed
Thats a great question! So i find that the clip is a little more cumbersome due to the phone. It makes it feel top heavy and almost like i have to keep in mind that i must compensate for that. But honestly, if u didnt want to spend the money, thats totally a find and otherwise comfortable solution! :)
@@_pixelchris Thanks. Yeah, the top heaviness probably is the biggest issue. But the advantages I can think of is using a single controller for pc and mobile. Don't have to take the case off and don't have to worry about issues with the type C port (I don't know if frequently using a controller actually will do anything to the port but it's something I'm concerned about). I only have the razer and backbone available but they're really overpriced here. (Like 50%+ of the msrp). And my phone has a huge camera bump. A bit confusing but the clip for me seems to the safest choice according what I've seen so far.
on Android Kishi V2 can map the buttons for on screen controls on games that dont support controllers. that's a huge + , other two controllers doesn't seem to have this.
My Backbone after 8 months of use is dead. Left side of controller spams screen shot button with just a simple flex one normally does while playing. Looked it up and it’s a common problem.
Hello, can you help me? I'm undecided between these controls and the GameSir X2 Pro, among these four controls, which do you recommend the most? Thanks?
Yo dawg, imma let you finish, but- Why you squatting on yo front porch gaming? Shit got me mad confused. Unless you dropping coal on some ops porch, then do your thing.
Hey man. This video is great. It showcased all the things most of us are looking into. Thanks for taking the time to break these controllers all down for us. The homie in this parent comment clearly just showed up to hate watch your video, I find that unbearable... and depressing. Bro must have nothing else going on in his life...
Hey man idk why that guy would say that.. I didn't think that all! I thought it was an awesome video and I love how in depth you got without sounding boring. Keep up the good work.. im going with backbone!
@@_pixelchrisDon't listen to that jackass man, the video was great and very informative! I really appreciate you posting this because I'm not sure which handheld controller I want to grab for my S23 yet, I've been leaning towards the Backbone, but someone told me to look into the Gamevice though, and it looks very cool!
Alot of people are rude to you . They need to find Jesus because who cares about your sexual preference or your facial expression?? Would you choose the bacbone or the gamevice flex!? I really want backbone because of emulating the ps2 the buttons are easier to remember but the gamevice feels great
It wasnt about me being orange it was about my color grading skills being ass lol if i cared about how i looked i would never make videos to begin with lol
If you decide to purchase one of these controllers! I have affiliate links in the description! I helps support the channel at no extra cost to you! :)

Im glad u enjoyed the video! Very nice of you to grab a controller for your little brother!
This video narrowed down what i might buy, so thanks.
Thank you for watching! Im so happy it helping people out!

great video! i love the backbone but i’m not taking my case off EVERY time so i had to go with the gamevice flex
Thank you! I get ya! Im nit too crazy about that either!
I think the new v2 allows for cases!
You forgot to mention that the app from backbone you would need a subscription fee in the future
This made me rage when I got it
Triangle, Circle, Ex, Square.
NEVER! Haha

Hi there! Currently i have no complaints other than the thoughts that i expressed in the video! I hope its a good choice for you! :)
had to return my backbone. my oneplus 8t seems to be stretching it too much, and the back support feels so fragile. might get the flex.
Oh boy, thats ashame considering oneplus is a very popular brand of phone!

@@_pixelchris have you tested smash bros emulation with dolphin, or the newer version with skyline? Both allowed me to see the issue very easily
@@lunadevil4322 You are NOT THE ONLY one ! I noticed it on my Razer Edge !
@@eddyposadas5329 thank you! I felt like I was going crazy, that's such an insane oversight from razer!
How would you compare the experience to just using a mobile clip on an Xbox controller or 8bitdo controller?

i personally like the feel of the backbone also it was at my local target so that and it personal think its nice
Im glad u like the backbone! :)
I just want a controller for Android that I can use without removing the case and screen protector. My device is Redmi note 10 pro.
You should go with the gamevice flex then!
on Android Kishi V2 can map the buttons for on screen controls on games that dont support controllers. that's a huge + , other two controllers doesn't seem to have this.
And side note the first razer kishi was released before the backbone :)
Thanks for sharing:)
Great review!! How did you get them to send you one??
I had to be very persistent haha
Thanks man I’m curious about the razr mapping. Can you map any game you want or is it only games that razr enables?
I believe its any game , u dont need razer to do any specific stuff!
My Backbone after 8 months of use is dead. Left side of controller spams screen shot button with just a simple flex one normally does while playing. Looked it up and it’s a common problem.
Oh i havent experienced that before :c im so sorry to hear that!
The backbone app needs a keymapping option on Android
I pinned this for anyone who has android :) thanks for sharing :)
Mantis is what I use. And u will be able to use it w/ any controller I believe. And the pro version will be linked to your google account.
Thank you a lot for this video ♡ I don't know much about mobile controllers but was thinming about buying one. So your video helped out a lot ^^
Im so happy this video helped you. :)
Sitting here wanting a Razer Edge but prefer the Backbone. 😂😢😅
Lmfao thats a hard decision if u want the tablet part of the edge haha
Hello, can you help me? I'm undecided between these controls and the GameSir X2 Pro, among these four controls, which do you recommend the most? Thanks?
I would get the backbone or the gamevice if u dont want to worry about taking off ur phone case
Is there a good such Android controller but with fully silent buttons?
wait wtf are your eyes really that blue? or contacts?
Contacts! :)
Does it the gamevice work with PlayStation
With the psremote app? Yea it does!
I dont know what he's talking about. I'm falling for those baby blues
Thanks! They are contacts! :) but i paid for them lol
Were can i buy those spacers bro?
Can we play pubg with kishi v2 on iphn 14 pro max ?
I believe so! I would double check online tho! I know call of duty mobile isnt supported
can you try psp and ps2 emulation with the gamepads
You would need a emulation app. Idk how to do that on iphone but it’s definitely possible on android!
can backbone work with an ipad?
None of the stretch far enough for ipad unfortunately!
@@_pixelchris ok, thank you

It’s literally just to diversify the footage. Lol gets boring with the same overhead shots on a desk lol
Side note - You have incredibly blue eyes!
Thank you 😂 they are contacts
RazOr?
Are those contacts or your real eyes it’s so blueee!!!!
They are contacts! Haha but thank you!
Made my choice easier need to get a new controller now that Apple did away with Lightning, Backbone it will continue to be😊
Be sure to use a link in the description! It helps support the channel!
It's a sad hamster 😂😂😂
What? Lol
Yeah! It’s not an “X”, it’s a shape like the rest of the buttons! Hah
Team Ex :D
nice 👍
Thanks my guy!
So you just not gonna do any important details like "um actually the edges are rounded on backbone" and not any gameplay related shit
Your "almost about to cry" facial expression, makes this unbearable and a bit depressing....
Im sure u will live 🤷🏻♂️
