what if i am send the job to be printed. can i use the printed image from the lab and still cut on my cutter? if yes how do i send it do i save it as pdf with the registration marks?
When I get to the part where the cuts reads the registration marks my cutter doesn’t do anything…. I try to manually line it up but I’m off buy a smidge and it’s leave a white outline to one side. Any help?

You will just want to select the image and contour cut line and move your mouse cursor up to the ARRANGE drop down menu and you will see the MIRROR AND ROTATE as the first option. You don't have to recreate the contour cut lines, but you can if you want to.
Different cutters use different styles of registration marks. Some cutters support more than one type of registration mark in hopes to offer more options to the customer. When you load the SC2 drivers the default registration marks for SC2 should become available. Note that SC2 does not support ARMS contour cutting, instead finding the registration marks is done manually. Contour cutting on the SC2 is not as easy as on the PrismCut due to the fact that the SC2 requires manual setup. Make sure you are running VinylMaster ver 4.2 since the SC2 drivers were recently updated for that machine. You can download version 4.2 at the following link: fcws1.com/info/vmlinks.php
YES... use the circle shape place the fish in the circle and line it up, using the center key. once everything is where you want it, highlight everything and weld it.
My designer sends us the art with the contour cut lines included. Does Vinylmaster Pro allow for use of those dashed lines instead of using the Contour Cutting Wizard?
No, you should just have them removed them or If the image is sent over to you in a vector format then tell your artist to leave them as a single connected line so you can select it and make it the contour line. You could also just bring the contour right inside of the dashed lines too.

I know its been two years since you asked and I was looking for the same answer ... No .. MK2 does not have a laser eye to detect registration marks

No, that is the most basic machine that we offer at the lowest price. So we had to cut a lot of features to get it down that low.
I'm connected via WiFi using cut Master 4.2
