I think he still would've said it was crazy for Jake to be fighting Mike, but his boxing analysis is usually very unbiased. He'd give reasons as to why he thinks Jake may have a shot as well, despite the fight being largely in Mike's favor for most of us.

The idea of a Nobody like Jake Paul being allowed to step in the Ring with any professional athlete with no prior experience is ridiculous, it truly reinforces the notion that money is the end all be all and if I became a billionaire over night I could “go against” any athlete I want simply cause there’s a huge payoff for both parties after. I honestly believe age doesn't matter in this. Mike Tyson is one of the all time greatest boxers, he's a legend! So many fights over the years, gaining so much experiene and toughness. Boxing is in his soull, it's just natural to him. I think he'll still have the speed and technique which matters and he'll definitely have power in those punches. Cardio might be bad but, all he has to do is connect a few bombs on Jake and it's all over. I say this with confidence because my father was an amateur boxer in the golden gloves back in his day. He's 82 now but, I remember just a few years ago, in his 70's, he got in a fight with his neighbor who was much younger. The dude grabbed him and my dad crouched and gave the dude a mean uppercut, I saw his head snap back before I could even react to the situation. It didn't knock him out but, it definitely shook him up cause he ran back downstairs immediately after lol. My father did that. An amatuer boxer, who hasn't fought in decades, at 75+, still had power and technique in his punches. Now imagine what Mike can do at 57, with all his experience and with training..

I can't remember the dude but there was that military vet that couldn't walk without two braces. He did yoga every day and lost weight. Then he got better enough to run.
I've had to deal with arthritis which isn't a huge deal but not fun. I've worked on my weight and using the joint properly to get healthy function.
Anything is possible. Just because you saw him with a cane last year doesn't mean he can't overcome that. Getting in shape is probably helping a lot.
