THANK YOU! This video just saved me a $25 installation fee. Was telling the guy at the register I'd do it myself and he started warning me about how when I removed the whole headlight assembly I needed to be careful about snapping the bottom brackets. I just nodded along to his bull because I'd already seen your video and knew it was actually just a case of twisting off a cap at the back. 😆

I replaced mine with LED and they are incredible! Cost more than oem but they are worth it! Plug and play and waaaaayyy more light! Mine is a hatchback so i have low and high beam but the illumination with both is amazing!

@@zilaw9351 No, just plugin the bulb, same as halogen bulb, easy acess too! 2 years and working great with better vision, i recommend!

Do you know if high beams on the Kia Rio are separate bulbs than the headlights? How would one go about replacing the high beams?

Just did it. My socket was different- without the metal spring. Only had to turn the socket. Almost no space, when switching in the drivers side.
