Another possible tool, Walmart or Amazon sells plastic baseball cap forms that hinge open then close around the hat to keep their shape. They work very well just throwing the hats in the washing machine. Hats come out very clean and still nicely shaped
I have one of those and have used it in the past. They are an option for washing single hats. I usually do anywhere from 10 to 25 hats at once so I don’t use it really anymore but they can be a great option for people. Thanks for watching and commenting.

@sdvlt For us, it's worth the work when we clean them in batches and they are valued at $15 or more. We often leave hats behind if they are excessively dirty or have damage. We've been through a lot of trial and error with hats, but I think that goes with any item. Thank you so much for watching and good luck with your sales!
I could only find one example online when they went from the script logo to the FJ it’s similar but not exactly. I figured it was because they had yearly golf tournaments.
