    Great video...what's your breathing technique so as to not get tired after only 200 yards of freestyle...do you inhale then exhale through the nose or mouth...or both?

      i personally use mouth

      HI Just Breathing is so simple. Let your breathing be relaxed. Don't force or push your breath out. Do your exhale relaxed. Start with breathing out through the Nose. It makes you exhale relaxed. Always breathe in through the month. Important is breathing with shoulders. You have to be synchronized. If you breathe later, you will have a short time for inhaling. Please, when you start breathing avoid keeping one eye in the water to not turn your head further. For you is more important breathing than one goggle in water. Yes, with more practice you get better. Thank you and good luck

    I am not sure the ocean is a good place to practice your technique. But overall, it is a great video

    Sea is great place to open swim because of the salt. But the true challenge is to swim in lakes.

    • @bvgatti
      @bvgatti ปีที่แล้ว +1

      lakes are heavy water and no currents no rips no tide no salt no challegnge and not much fun as sea..

      You’ve vastly underrated the complexities of swimming in the sea.

      it is an excellent video and it would be very cool to record audio in the studio and add to it instead of the existing audio track

    Should i swimming to fight current direction or 90 degree from current direction.

      Fight current always

    • @hbarudi
      @hbarudi 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@blackpanda1233 90 degreee from current direction unless you want to use the current for resistance training. Some people lose their life going against current and never make it to shore...

    perhaps you need to review your video ... You said not to reach out above the water ! and your partner swims that way - reaching out over the water ??
