I absolutely love how the industry has listened to consumer demand for cozy, elegant single wide homes. I really enjoyed this video … thanks for sharing it with us!

I'm glad to see single-wides getting some attention and love. It's really nice for people who want to downsize, who have no need of 1800+ square feet, but aren't interested in going totally tiny.
They Installed the Master Bath Sliding Glass Door Backwards. The way it’s installed spray from the Shower Head can go between the Stationary Panel and the Slider. The Slider Should be on the outside.
It's got to be less expensive to heat & cool a single wide. I didn't like where the bathroom is. I think it would be better where the first bedroom is.

Wow, these have come a loooong way from when I grew up in a 12x60 trailer parked in a FL trailer park. The “rich kids” lived in the 14’ wide! Think wood paneling, linoleum floors, hollow core doors with veneer, shag carpeting and crank out windows. Ahhh, those were the days.
I find it amazing how rhe single wides keep getting better all the time. The way they change the layouts make them feel so much bigger. I bet if this was 18' wide instead of 15', it would be awesome. The laundry and second bath layout is very clever for making it feel spacious.
It never ceases to amaze me, just how far single wide mobile homes have come. This unit in particular, meets the needs (imo) of young people, just starting out, seniors, downsizing space and/or expenses and certainly families with one or two incomes. There's a lot of bang in this home, but not a lot of price.
Do you really think people on fixed incomes can afford these homes? There’s no way in the world they can, they don’t get that much to live on! It would be a nice reality but, that just isn’t the case, that’s why they have to live in one form or another of government housing! In fact that’s why a lot of Senior Citizens end up losing their homes to begin with, those that still own their home! Then, they certainly are unable to pay a new house payment on top of mortgage, insurance and, not mention all the other starter up cost of needing to pay lot rent and, they have to pay to set up cable and electrical lines, getting things set for water! Then, on top of the regular monthly bills that will cost them quite a bit for awhile! On top of it, if your passed a certain age the fact is the bank won’t give you such a huge loan!

What a lovely home, honestly I have no criticisms when it comes to this home. The front layout is just so cozy and homey, the manufacturer just knock this one out of the park.
Very nice single wide. It takes me back to a model my Aunt owned in 1970 with the same floor plan except it only had one bath but otherwise the same. After more than 50 years this style is back 😂. Thanks for the tour. Stay Blessed.

I love the island. You can use it as a table and a large prep area!! This is a very nice single wide. As always, thank you, Chance for showing a single wide,. That's what I want!!!
Thanks again for the single-wide! Just because it's a good use of space I can even forgive the front door being so close to the kitchen 😏 Great floor plan 👍🏽
I love this home from the exterior all the way inside! A few of my favorite features are the interior doors, master shower, & the placement of the eating bar area in the kitchen!
I have never been a fan of trailer homes, but this one is really making me second-guess that bias. It is laid out very well and is so clean, elegant, and very open. Doesn't feel tiny at all, even in the small bedrooms. I like that in most rooms they don't have the vertical strips between the drywall panels. They just serve as a constant reminder you're in a cheaper built space, so I'm glad they did away with most of them.
I really love this layout!! It’s nice to see the industry changing floor plans for singlewides. Young families I feel will like this floor plan because it keeps their young children closer to them. I remember when I was a young single mother it bothered me being so far away from my children so they stayed in my master with me (they were 18mo & newborn). Even if I had still been married to their father I would have done the same thing. I’m hoping there are more women designing single & doublewide homes. There are a lot of different perspectives women have that men might not think about. Thank you Chase for all the work do to you show us these beautiful homes. 😊 I do have a question about this home. You do such a good job with these homes it’s okay if every once in a while you forget to do an exterior walk around. Thank you for going out of your way some of the time to get these for us to watch. Much appreciated. ❤Hope you and your family are well.
Love a front living room and the kitchen is great. It has the same floors as the home we have on order. I’m with you on the master bath. We ordered just the stand up shower, because we would never use a tub. Thank you for all you do!
Love the kitchen and living room , I am waiting to see a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a walk in pantry ,we have been watching some of the homes you show ,love the huge laundry areas with the tables built in to fold clothes . Oh and we love the pantry dance lol
Hi Chance and Cullen... I don't like single wide but this is beautiful...the living room is cozy, the kitchen cabinets to the ceiling is so key it actually completes the kitchen the island is awesome and kitchen is roomy. The laundry I wish they enclosed it... I don't care if there is a bathtub...I would just like the walk in shower...Feel better Be Safe Be Blessed
I agree, a closed laundry helps keep laundry enclosed and out of the sight of guests, not to mention having to walk over/past dirty laundry for guests to get to the main bathroom. This is generally what happens when there’s children/teens, even, laundry winds up thrown on the floor and trampled over in these scenarios. I’m really disappointed they didn’t also take this opportunity to combine the laundry and bath, putting the back door in the laundry/bathroom to use as a mud room for children coming in from the “backyard” too. It just seems like there’s wasted space there at the laundry/back door/entry to bathroom.🫤
I want to here about plumbing, wiring and insulation. A ceiling fan or 2 would be real nice! Honestly I like the amount of storage space in the older homes much better. Linen closet, Medicine cabinets, and bigger kitchen cabinets.
I never cared for the long hallways, but for some reason in this model it feels like it makes sense. Maybe because with the layout there doesnt seem to be wasted space. The color story of the home was beautiful as well.
I personally would have put the kitchen at the front of the home, extended the island a tad bit more(if a 3rd set of chairs could fit) had the first bath off of the living room (where the kitchen is currently), give the small closets pocket doors with wider openings, put the master bathroom between the last 2 rooms( I love my 3 bed 2 bath with both baths separate)
The layout of the front half of the house (living room and kitchen) was super nice, but am I the only one noticing that bedrooms in these homes are getting gradually smaller and smaller? I mean, an 8'x10' bedroom doesn't leave much room for anything like a desk, a dresser, etc. Not unless the furniture is small. Good starter home, just feel like it needs more bedroom space.
Absolutely love this design. Thank you for another great single! I have to admit though that I was surprised at the lack of staging in the main bedroom. One would think that they would right before a show for photo ops, if nothing else. I know customers won't be there, but it definitely helps set the idea on size so dealers would take pics. I imagine anyway, lol...I would.
Thank you for the VIDEO TOUR! That was a beautifully manufactured home, elegantly detailed. Very appealing and comfortable dwelling place. It is perfect for a life in the COUNTRY! 🌲🦌🦋
Love the layout except for the master bathroom. I would eliminate the bathroom and have it made into another closet. I grew up in mobile homes. The back bathroom is notorious for frozen and broken pipes in the winter. Even with heat tape and good insulation and skirting. When it's -30 pipes still freeze.
Maybe put the bathroom on the inside of the main bedroom so you don't have pipes on the outside wall. Speaking of winter, maybe a coat closet near the back door by the laundry. There's no closet or storage besides the bedroom closets.
I love that the living room is at the end of the mobile home and not in the middle. More privacy for master bedroom. Especially when entertaining. Everyone won't be trying to go into it. And a brighter/lighter living room.
Luv how this single wide living and kitchen on one end and the bedrooms are on other. Don’t see that much any more. I like it much better!! It’s a nice change. Luv how the washer and dryer are way down hall. Won’t be so noisy to the living room. Nice big master excellent! Nice closet size too. I would buy this model! Thank you chance for the showing!

Hey there Chance, Well we think Champion knocked it out the ball park, with this single wide! ! It may have to go in the top 10 of all the ones you've shown us. Must've been a nice show. Take care, M.
I lived in a 12x60 New Moon mobile home from 1970-1972. The kitchen was actually on the bigger side. The bedrooms were pretty small, and so was the bathroom. It wasn’t horrible, but it looked nothing like this one. This home is beautiful! I did notice that the range was electric with the heating coils exposed. That kind of surprised me.
Really nice layout. This would be great for a retiree who wants to downsize. It could work for a first home if you only had one child. Most people like having an office for one bedroom.
Chance, I appreciate it when you take a moment to show the exact view when you open the front door...as I must have a house that I can see straight thru to the back yard either thru windows or glass doors. TY !!!!

I agree. Way to small bedrooms. Put those together and make a 2 bedroom, in other words, 2 master beds bath.
I'd love to purchase a home like this, too bad lenders tend to have a problem with these homes. also tyvm for fixing the pillow around 2 mins in.
I love the layout! The only problem I have with it are windows that don’t open! 🦋
At 8:14?
Love this. I lived in a very very old mobile home. So this is very nice, I do hate the bathroom sinks, I wish they where under the counter
Those 2 bedrooms are super small. Especially the middle 8'x10'-6" bedroom. A lot smaller than people realize.
I wish the show was still open to the public. I used to go to them a long time ago.
Nice layout and thanks for the vid.
Single wides have come a long way
Actually what I've been thinking of when I retire. Live simply and within my income.
WOW! Very Nice!
OMG absolutely sooooo beautiful warm n cozy plus Nice floor plan 👍👍👍
I really like this floor plan. I still remember growing up in a single wide in the 70s. My, how they have improved.
I feel like this model is a throwback to the original single wide mobile homes, but with definite upgrades. It is beautiful.
I'm glad to see the colors are going back to more natural tubes and away from everything being gray
I needed your word of encouragement today don't ever stop being u and that's a order
Beautiful!!!!
❤ I really love the mobile home's you show. I just don't have the money 😢 to buy . BUT THEY ALL ARE FANTASTIC !
Thank you Chance for sharing this video!
I bought a Champaign double wide in 1997. It is a beautiful home and well made. I still have it.

Very lovely single wide , value for money too❤❤❤❤
Lowered expectations .
Hey there Chance,
Well we think Champion knocked it out the ball park, with this single wide! ! It may have to go in the top 10 of all the ones you've shown us. Must've been a nice show. Take care, M.
BEAUTIFUL ❤
It's a not-so-tiny tiny home. Beautiful!!
Needs a big 360 deg. covered deck around entire structure with access from every bedroom & kitchen, too.
I like this. A revamp from 80's style I have seen before, but well updated. Very nice
It's beautiful
This home reminds me of homes in 60’s, it is so cute, and it is well done. Thank you for your hard work, be blessed and be safe
Hope it's warm and cozy sometimes trailer homes are so cold! All and all its gorgeous
!
I like it.
Love it they came a long way i lived in a mobile home but nothing so nice like this
Lovely floor plan
Love the master bedroom shower and door! And shower door.
Lots of window, lots of storage, classy fixtures ... there is no reason that living on a budget means living in squalor. Very nice.
Really nice layout. This would be great for a retiree who wants to downsize. It could work for a first home if you only had one child. Most people like having an office for one bedroom.
I appreciate all of the valuable space and layout. Only thing I would change is dining room table. I would make it a banquet to fit 8 people.
BEST singlewide layout I’ve EVER seen!
I love the home all beautiful in side ...I like it so very much.and to say thank you for sharing your video .on the home.
Love this!
Chance, I appreciate it when you take a moment to show the exact view when you open the front door...as I must have a house that I can see straight thru to the back yard either thru windows or glass doors. TY !!!!
This is a very nice home. Quite spacious; I'm impressed. Ty Chance.
