I’m a full time+ working out of the home mom and cook full dinners every night. My kids are grown now, but I taught them all how to cook. They love coming home to enjoy mom’s food and they definitely appreciate the sacrifice. It’s all about priorities and what’s important to you. God bless 🙏🏼❤️
Pediasure for the anemia. Black beans, lentils, spinach, beet, carrots, ground meat, salmon, all greens, a lot or protein. I was anemic and with all these products was ok in two months, just in time for a surgery.
Or just red meat. Vegetables don't have the same bioavailability that meat does, meaning we don't absorb all the vitamins in them. Plus they hinder the absorption of other foods' vitamins.

I found kids liquid iron to work best when they are so low in iron. Iron mixed with other vitamins I found not strong enough to bring the levels up. Hope it work for your son! Low iron impacts behaviour and appetite/fussiness greatly hope that helps
O no slightly anemic? My daughter pediatrician said that milk can absorb iron! Idk if that is your case but maybe a good thing to look into! Love your content BTW you are doing amazing mom keep it up
Calcium interferes with iron absorbsion, so it can help to space out your iron rich foods from dairy/Calcium rich foods. So, for example, when I feed my toddler steak and veggies he doesn't drink milk with that meal.
