    Nilupak or Pounded Cassava Recipe
    Ingredients:
    cassava - 1 kg / 2.20 lbs (peeled/cut/boiled)
    salted butter or margarine - 1/2 cup (softened)
    condensed milk - 1 cup
    shredded mozzarella - 1/2 cup (optional)
    additional butter or margarine
    -1/2 tablespoon (to brush dish pan)
    -1 tablespoon (to spread in nilupak)
    others
    dish pan 8×8x2
    mortar and pestel if you have
