Vernon, Marie & Eli: what a very interesting tour of Trade Runner. Eli is growing and will be another top notch sailor like his father. So good to see Marie well rested and looking marvelous. We all can't wait for the interior tour and the comparison of hull confiquration's. Happy sailing and thank you for the update!

A powerful sail plan and strong boat, interesting rudders and dagger boards. The racing cat seems to make a good family cruiser !

Didn’t realize how fast your boat is. Impressive engineering. Thank you for the tour. Looking forward to the inside video.
Thank you all. And again little Eli takes the stage. Well done little mate.

It's a great boat! a fantastic mix of performance and cruising. I had a Pescott 11.7 and at one point put on ferrari tramp material that you've got...Off shore once, we got hit by a huge gust and buried the bows, the ferrari cloth would not allow enough water to go through and we nearly nose dived-- thank God i had the main ready for an instant dump. I'd never use it again and immediately took it off, sent it back to the sail maker and got knotless dynema netting--- amazing stuff. Phil

Yep I hear ya, the dyneema stuff is the way to go for sure.

Great in-depth look at Trade Runner. Will be very interesting when you compare sailing the cat over the mono.

Dear Vernon and Marie, Thanks for your video. I have done thousand of miles in Cats of many different designs, mainly solo and mainly Coastal. Trade Runner has all the requirements I would want. Brilliantly designed ,very practical, with the safety of performance. An excellent choice of boat, congratulations. One other design that I have found enjoyable is a Lightwave 38ft not quite the performance but another success in design. Good luck with your future plans. And boy is your baby growing so fast.

Thanks Rick. I've walked around a Ligthwave and quite liked the design. I bit heavier though.

There's a fair few different models around now but 8t seems very heavy for a 32ft. Mine is 39ft and 5t empty.
