@@markblaze4909 Yo thanks for the tips. On a fresh server would you immediately pick up Engineering and Mining for the PvP stuff like goggles and grenades ASAP for profs? Or something else? What the hell is this guy doing with his talents?! Increased mana on your PET! above improved healthstone?! It's a minor thing but that doesn't make any sense... I also think affliction is wayyy better also for solo leveling, you don't really need your voidwalker's taunt to be better early on as your Dots take quite a while to remove threat from your voidwalker anyway so his taunt ability is already effective enough. And there's just so much better talents in affliction for leveling so I really don't get why you would take useless talents like fel domination early.
it is nice, but after the rep grind is over you are no longer benefiting from it, whereas a gnome will always be benefiting from the increased int and engineering

how do you level engineering the most effectively? should you take mining and skinning while leveling, then drop skinning in order to pick up engineering, then use the mining mats to level engineering, then drop mining to level tailoring after holding all the cloth you've acquired? how do you maintain the mats required for engineering without mining? Auction House? seems like you would go broke if you just buy everything on the AH. Also, which branch of Engineering are you supposed to go into? Goblin or Gnomish?
use alts to store the mats you get wile lvling, or ah the mats and buy them back latter but if it's a new server you wont be able to buy them back for the same price engineering only requires a set amount of mats to lvl and build the items you want, soon as you have enough you can drop minning.
Question: 1:01:05 He says if you have 300/300 engineering you can activate the 3 piece bonus of the Bloodvine set. How is that possible? I don't understand.
@@Goorlel - But that doesn't make sense either... why would 300 tailoring automatically grant you the 3 set bonus? Crafting 3 "bloodvine" pieces grants you the set bonus. You can buy them off the AH, don't need either profession.
Here is my quick guide to Warlock in classic, you skill 30/0/21 , do a curse and spam Shadowbolt, sometimes Corruption too if there is enough room for dots. Done.
@@Agrippa91 i dont understand what you mean, are you talking about Dark Pact? , that talent did not scale with spell-power in classic and was useless, you take the 10% Shadowdamage from affliction and the 100% increased crit damage from destruction.
I am leveling with a Soul Link demo build since I have fallen behind on leveling thanks to work. At 60 for PvP and solo I am looking at a 7/32/11 with one point tbd. And i want to try a 0/30/21 Master Demonologist/Ruin build for raiding, having the option to run 20% threat reduction seems rather juicy to me.
I used to sacrifice void Walker in vanilla for the health regen. T2 had 6 health regen. And used a trinket that had regen, lifestone. I never really died, not as much dmg as destro succ with fears and charms but I was able to survive more.
"You don't really have enough time to multi-dot" when referencing Molten Core. Is this still true even after you revealed that private server boss armor coefficients were jacked up?
I didn't get there yet, but you can't dot in MC. There's a debuff limit of 16, there's no way your guild's gonna give you 4 of those :p shadowbolt all the way
Screw it, I'm going deep destruction on classic, even when leveling. Not the most optimal thing to do, but I definitely don't want to do the whole cookie cutter affliction/demo build.
Would shadow mastery and demonic sacrifice be viable with a solid perminant 25% shadow dmg inc (ignoring destro tree) on paper it should work but never played vanilla, started in bc but raided in wrath
SM/DS is a perfectly viable endgame farming/Alternate raid damage spec. Its a less gear dependant spec than Ruin specs, When Farming as SM/DS you actually sac your voidwalker for the health regeneration. So you. Run around and dot up about 5-6 different mobs at a time and between 5 different ticks of siphon life, and VW regen you get so much life back, you lifetap a few times. The only amount of down time you will end up having with this spec is the time you have to wait for whatever you're farming to respawn.

Auction House? seems like you would go broke if you just buy everything on the AH. Also, which branch of Engineering are you supposed to go into? Goblin or Gnomish?
use alts to store the mats you get wile lvling, or ah the mats and buy them back latter but if it's a new server you wont be able to buy them back for the same price
engineering only requires a set amount of mats to lvl and build the items you want, soon as you have enough you can drop minning.
I forgot the old raiding scene and our locks loving when I tanked (Druid/tbc) because they didn’t have to hold back
Can't wait to get my gnome warlock on for classic.
Tips , student of the game , love this video.
Great work
ive played since launch and its just now seeping in how much better these trees were, rogue ftw >:)))
Just started watching you and I love your voice 😆
Question: 1:01:05 He says if you have 300/300 engineering you can activate the 3 piece bonus of the Bloodvine set. How is that possible? I don't understand.
he meant tailoring
@@Goorlel - But that doesn't make sense either... why would 300 tailoring automatically grant you the 3 set bonus? Crafting 3 "bloodvine" pieces grants you the set bonus. You can buy them off the AH, don't need either profession.
can't wait for druid deep dive
Instant like and favourite. Warlock is my favourite class and I already know that I'm gonna love this episode!
guys you didn't suggest any offhands for BIS
Tips great vid, looking forward to both mage and priest ones! keep the videos coming, looking forward to playing classic!
I can't take playing warlock. That giant voidwalker is always standing on top of my loot & herbs :/
i give no shits about more patches. except the BC, WOTLK patches.
pretty happy about pvp ranks before bgs though for some kick ass world pvp time.
those are expansions though..
@@arohk4415 no dark pact is 31/0/0 and with it you can't get ruin which is 0/0/21
dark pact works for leveling 50-60 as resource pool if you key bind your torment.
1:27:37 there it is, we got it! Gamers rise up :D
These are awesome can we get more deep dives?
what is he saying at 1:13:52? "If you have two of 'em up [and a pi?], do a shadowburn."
Gnome warlock here...should I go gnome or goblin engineering for PVE?
who is alive ?
I am leveling with a Soul Link demo build since I have fallen behind on leveling thanks to work. At 60 for PvP and solo I am looking at a 7/32/11 with one point tbd. And i want to try a 0/30/21 Master Demonologist/Ruin build for raiding, having the option to run 20% threat reduction seems rather juicy to me.
What about pvp?
I used to sacrifice void Walker in vanilla for the health regen. T2 had 6 health regen. And used a trinket that had regen, lifestone. I never really died, not as much dmg as destro succ with fears and charms but I was able to survive more.
who is he? lol never seen him around
priest guide soon?
Great guide! Is Imalive's BIS list available somewhere?
Love the guide! Hoping for a paladin deep dive one day!
11 Hours to Nerdgasm!
Im Warlock and this is the best fckin guide ever, very helpful!!! Thank you so much Tip and Alive!
Great video with a lot of information.
Wow! Thanks for the insight!
"You don't really have enough time to multi-dot" when referencing Molten Core. Is this still true even after you revealed that private server boss armor coefficients were jacked up?
I didn't get there yet, but you can't dot in MC. There's a debuff limit of 16, there's no way your guild's gonna give you 4 of those :p shadowbolt all the way
Looking forward to pally deep dive, Esfand??
Screw it, I'm going deep destruction on classic, even when leveling. Not the most optimal thing to do, but I definitely don't want to do the whole cookie cutter affliction/demo build.
You are a pro my friend. you will also DESTROy everyone in pvp.
Would shadow mastery and demonic sacrifice be viable with a solid perminant 25% shadow dmg inc (ignoring destro tree) on paper it should work but never played vanilla, started in bc but raided in wrath
Your Shadow bolts won't crit for much, as you miss the most important talent Ruin.
When are we gonna see a rogue deep dive? really excited for that one :D
very, very, very soon! Its the next one :D
@@TipsOutBaby if you don't get perplexity to do it i'm gonna be very dissapointed in you :P
