Greetings. Always a pleasure to watch one of Sleeping Dogs' most intense story missions. One needs to be an excellent fighter, marksman, and driver to succeed here. Shame that I'm not all three. Also, a pork bun *IS* needed before playing this mission.

It's in a lockbox on the roof near the end of the rooftop route you take on the Llyana Date mission. Just follow the rooftops right to the end. Outside the back entrance to the K-Bar you'll see some green boxes you can climb - that's where it starts.
