Like alcohol, like drugs motivation is also an addictive thing.
It seems to be great. Like any other stimulus it also generate hormones and give us a false sense of already achieved something.
It's a million dollar industry too. They hook us on books, seminars and program year after year.
Getting rid of motivation video is also a hard thing.
So keep in mind, it just giving us a false sense of achievement in hormon level but in reality we are still there in our own old place.
From my own experience, never addict to anything that including motivation from so called experts.
