I agree with you Rick Conlow a low rate of people are engaged with their job, nowadays most of the employees are lazies and does not want to do the job that they are suppose to do, or that they are paying for. i am not an ower of a company ,I am an employee. i consider myself engage with my job.
Excellent, Raquel! Many employees aren't. Some of that is individual responsibility. In many companies it's because of a mediocre or toxic work ennvironment that allows bad bosses to flourish. Sadly, I have bad manager/leader, and they know that they are bad leader, but still doing what they think was good and right (but that wasn't). Come from this situation make all the team member unmotivated, and doesn't feel the ownership of the company. :D
