I love this, I walk up hill with 70 pounds 35 in each hand and I mean hill ! 800 calories gone in 30 min.
Easier to just skip the 800 calories.

Take a backpack and slowly work your way up to 20 or 25 kg ....you will be amazed !!!! If you are a cyclist...you will be even more amazed !!!

There is more emphasis on the lower body when pulling something behind you. I tried both and this does work your legs way more. But you have to listen to what he says about having a big ass from doing this if you don’t do it properly. Unless of course that’s something you want. I know I could use a bigger ass.

Aren't you burning more sugar than fat, if you're elevating the heart rate this way. I agree about the muscle benefits ( which raises metabolism ), but it's not quite the best fat burner during the exercise itself.
