You read my mind! I was just trying to remember the name of this! I scaled up a paper cut milk crate design to cut out of wood. I factored in material thickness in every direction but one. It stung when it didn't go together, but momma didn't raise a quitter and I have clamps!
Thank you for this information, one suggestion, can you increase your volume on your videos, Im watching you in my laser shop and its hard to hear you. Thank you
One more comment, it would appear that multiple inputs are required to be correct to make it work. I tried individually changing parameters however, everything is linked together so if you get one wrong that does not match another it kicks out the whole project. I have not had the opportunity to dissect every parameter to see how it ticks. That will take some time
@@PawPawsWorkShop , thank you. Ill take a look too. Py must stand for python? Someday, id like to carve some blanket boxes and this program seems great for that.
This is beautiful! I used them to make a box for a lady my husband worked with, she was retiring and it was part of the gift we made her!
Thank you very much
Wow! Thanks for showing this awesome program!
My pleasure
Excellent as always. I love this program/website. I’ve used it so many times. Keep up the good videos 👍🏻

You’re very welcome. Also, remember I have a video showing how to make your own in Lightburn. Thanks for watching

Awesome! Yes, clamps are amazing
How would one make the box fingers a tad longer to be able to sand off the burning?

I can find no download button on any of the PY pages. How do you download the program?
It is an online generator. The only thing you download is the generated file.
Great video! I'm guessing you use different materials or cut these out on a cnc? I will have to try this out when I get my cnc
hi friend, i can't generate the hearthbox in the new versión with the standard values. Can you help me?
Are you referring to the HeartBox for valentines day
What questions do you have?
Ok I have tried every setting and can not get it to generate. This must be a software issue

Please after the file is generated how do you download and import it into lightburn? Thanks
Once you complete the design generate the file. You’ll get a drop down menu, select Lightburn
Can you use boxes.py wlth a router cnc
You would have problems. No dog one option and no real way to accommodate for the bit size
I keep getting floating error when generating my box
You will need to reset back to the original default settings then change one or two settings at a time. Run the results
Could this work with the xcarve?
I don’t know but I am going to try it
