So I actually bought 10 packs of silver tempest packs from Walmart and they were dry, didn’t even upload the videos but man as I’m typing this you just pulled ALT of Skuntank! What a pull!
I have ripped 100+ of these god packs from multiple Best Buy/Walmarts…1 in every 6-7 packs is a dud. All of the sleeved packs came out of the same boxes. If you buy 70 packs you’d most likely get 10-12 dud packs.
The first wave my Walmart had the godpacks. I opened 1 pack with a white code card and got a double banger. Saving the rest of what I bought to rip in the future. Second wave seems to be duds.

Dang, bro! Congrats on landing some of those things! You did great for 15 packs! I did manage to get some in the cracked lunchboxes back in the day but not this wave. I tried at Walmart but completely struck out. I got 14 packs and ended up with 3 yellow border TGs and a bulk V, haha. I wanted to buy just a couple to test but there were people swarming the card section so I took my chance. Fail. Especially since Walmart charges $5 per sleeved booster. One has to wonder if the non-god packs of ST completely suck because of this situation. All ghe hits going into the god packs has to leave less to none for the non-god pack packs, right? It's happened A LOT with this set. The lunchboxes, Poke Balls with stickers instead of coins, now the sleeved packs... I'm surprised anything from this set still holds any value because of this debacle, haha. Super fun to open tho, that's fo sho.
