John, Thanks for doing these. As the owner of a 2000 S they are really helpful. The Helicopter videos are great as well. Have struggled with that hobby for years.
7:02 In all the technical articles I've read, none of them explained that the air box was wedged. That would explain why my filter does not just slide in. Thank you.
@My Ferrari 360 - I just wanted to comment that I'm sorry to hear you sold your 360 recently - happy to hear you got a Boxster to replace it however. Watching that transport driver trying to engage the F1 clutch in reverse was painful. You must have been planting your head in your hands the whole time while filming. Not sure how you kept it together. In all seriousness, the Ferrari 360 is a car I've dreamed about since first seeing one. One of the last beautiful V8 Ferrari's in my opinion. Always thought I might be able to get one at some point in my life. Recently with the rising costs of everything, 360's rocketing up in value, and an uncertain job future, I very much doubt that will happen. I love our little Boxster of course and have had it 20 years now and will likely never part with it - too many good memories and still kicking myself for selling my 911T a couple years before air cooled 911 prices went nuts. Still the 360 is such a gorgeous car. 🙂 If you ever do a video on the reason/s you decided it was a good time to part ways with it, I'll be certain to watch. I'm sure you made money on the sale now that they have gone up in value so much over the past couple years. Anyway, enjoy your Boxster - while not nearly as powerful, still very fun cars to toss around the corners with the top down. Also likely not as stre$$ful as a 360 when a new noise coming from the engine bay is heard.
Eachine has made a radio called the eachine tx16s which looks almost identical to the rm tx16s but has added support for their planes. Are you looking to make a review on it?
Hi! Just stumbled up on your chain , great work! I ordered the water pump and thermostat alter seeing you do it... btw, I have the same model, same colors and even rebadged it with the same classic lettering ;-)

Glad you are finding them helpful - happy Boxster'ing & eggbeater flying 🙂
Super thorough while still concise. Great stuff! I'll be doing this on my red 1997 very soon...
Thanks for watching, have fun with your filter replacement 👍

Are you looking to make a review on it?
Perhaps.
6:37 Interesting. I never knew that!

Great minds...
Don’t think I would use silicone on the air filter or MAF sensor o-ring. Silicone will quickly take out a O2 sensor.
