    The water in the rivers seen so far had been just "crystal-clear"!!!

    Great video, my wife and visited in April 2024 and loved it. After almost bypassing it we paid the 500 yen to see Myojin pond and I would recommend it. There is a second smaller pond that is other worldly with beautiful small islands and the trademark crystal clear water.

    I really loved your video! It was so peaceful. I'm so excited to be visiting Kamikochi this mid - November 😊 hopefully we will still get the autumn leaves, apparently they're a bit later in Japan this year. Thanks so much for creating such a beautiful video!!❤

    Wow! Japan and its beautiful autumn. Hideya Takayama, an amazing historical town with the steep thatched roofs! I had been to Takayama 3 x during my numerous trips to Japan! If you have the chance,maybe Jun-san should try the japanese persimmon called "kaki". To me, they are the best i uaf tasted,outbeating those from other countries! Have a wonderful trip!david, Kampar.

    • @JunOutdoors
      @JunOutdoors  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi David, Takayama was a really beautiful town with beautiful old town vibe. We had a good time there, the morning market was also a highlight. And yes, I tired the persimmons in Japan - absolutely delicious, sweet, and juicy. The best :)

    I’m so happy to see you relaxed and feeling well. I must say, that if I was on the trail, I would want a much larger bell. I don’t think that the average bear, with its deep fur coat, is going to be deterred by a bash on its head with such a small little bell!
    The Hida Valley looks truly spectacular and the river so clear and clean. I have always wanted to visit Japan and you have provided a marvellous insight into its beauty. Kind regards Alan

    • @JunOutdoors
      @JunOutdoors  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Alan, thanks for dropping by once again. I believe what scares the bears away is the frequency/pitch of the sound made by the bells (correct me if I'm wrong).
      Japan is a beautiful country :)

    • @JunOutdoors
      @JunOutdoors  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @mawtravels apologies. My memory is failing me. But I think there options for both reserved and non-reserved seats. Best to ask the bus terminal ticket counter first thing when you arrive at Takayama train station. The bus terminal is just next to the train station.

    IF THERE IS ALL POWERFUL BENEVOLENT GOD AND IT IS THE TRUE CREATOR OF EVERY THING THEN WHY WOULD GOD WANT & NEED TO CREATE EVIL IN THE FIRST PLACE ?
    WHO IS GOD TALKING TO WHEN GOD SAYS ( LET US MAKE MAN IN OUR IMAGE AND ACCORDING TO OUR LIKENESS ) ( BEHOLD ADAM HAS BECAME ONE OF US KNOWING GOOD & EVIL ) ?
