Council's Affordable Houses in Khomasdal | House Type: Brahman

On February 16, eight Windhoek residents received keys to their brand-new three-bedroom houses from City of Windhoek. The eight houses are located on Erf 6019-6026, corner of Florence Nightingale/Sigma Street in Khomasdal, and serve as the pilot project for the implementation of the Windhoek Municipal Council Affordable Housing Programme which is focusing on middle-income earners. The price ranges for the houses inclusive of the erf are from N$850,000.00, (smallest erf size of 312m²), to N$1,2 million (largest erven size of 1022m²).
The project comes with two typologies from which beneficiaries can choose: a dwelling size of 94m2, named Nguni and a dwelling size of 91m2, named Brahman.
