Did you encounter with "false floor effect" in Warre hives?
No I didn't but to prevent this from happening move a top bar with comb attached to the middle of your newly placed lower box. The bees will go to the existing comb & begin drawing out the remaining top bars.

Use another color other than white because this is not recognizing this color. ! This didn’t see white color.
