Hello. Once washed and dried are you still able to feel the paint? I tried and the paint isn't stiff and very hard but you can still feel the texture of the paint and slightly scratchy.
Do the spray bottles need to be cleaned after each use or will the paint mixture stock well without clogging? This was extremely informative! Thank you for sharing you knowledge.
Hi Jamela. Thanks for sharing this technique. Do you know how long before the color starts to fade on the shirt? Any specific type of shirt cotton vs polyester work better?
I'm a new subscriber. How much glycerin to water exactly? Then do you mix the whole made up solution with the amount of arclyic paint that you're going to use?
Maybe this is late but here's what I got. (I have to kinda lay it out visually.) First, 1 part glycerin to 5 parts water. Second, once that's mixed, 1 part glycerin mixture to 1 part paint. Hope that makes sense and that if I'm mistaken, Jamila corrects me!
Usually a ratio is used with any measuring unit. An ounce, gram, liter, tablespoon, etc. It looks like she used a 2oz bottle of paint, which was probably a 50/50 (1:1 ratio) with the glycerin mixture...but if you're 1/5oz off in measurements, I bet it's not going to be a problem.
Hi Jamela! Love this video and those shirts are so cute and easy! I'm definitely subscribing. It did make it a little hard that the sound wasn't synced, but the video itself + the explanation were so clear, it was great! Thank you for making this awesome tutorial 💖
I thoroughly enjoyed this tutorial. I learned so much. Beautiful work by the way. I love how this project turned out.
I seen someone use shaving cream as an additive. I need to see if it has the glycerine bc I have spent so much money already on craft things
Super cute! Thank you for sharing!
You’re welcome!
So cute! I’m about to make a shirt for my baby. Love the video.
Love these!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
Absolutely beautiful I'm going to try this ❤🎉🎉
What is the purpose of the veg glycerine
Love your video thanks I just made one for Thanksgivin.
Hi Jamela, can u please tell me the amount of glycerine & waster u used? Please and thank you
1 part glycerin to 5 parts water. Once that is mixed used the same amount of paint as your glycerin-water mixture.
I’ve seen a lot of people do this but never with glycerin, what does it do?
It softens the paint so it’s not hard and crunchy.
Great share! I’m here to learn!!!
Thank you! Make sure to check out my other videos.

What does the glycerin do to the paint. Does it make it soft?
glycerin acts as a retarder, it slows the drying time
Like is 5ounces of glycerin to 1 ounce of water?
Did u let the paint dry before you put it in the washer?
Yes I did. I let it dry almost completely.

I would clean them each time

Mine last very well, but I don’t have a timeline. And the more cotton the better.
@@JamelaPayne do you mean the color stays for about a week? Perfect about the cotton it’s more comfortable
No that should have said well. Sorry. I fixed it.
@@JamelaPayne thank you so much
No problem
Amazing!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you
@@JamelaPayne will you get the same results with polyester shirts

Oops, sorry to misspell your name Jamela! I was going by the closed captions, silly of me.
Do you have to let it dry after you spray the first time before you put a second color down
I don’t.
Does 1 part mean oz, 5 part mean 5oz. I just want to get it right. Thanks
I am a new subscriber and I have the same question...

Nice
Thanks
