I'm a sucker for Wugtrio mill decks, so I just played this deck for like 4 hours straight and it was so fun. Xerosic is such a funny tech card too because I had a game against a gardevoir player and made them discard 12 near the end of the game. Highlight of my night, truly.
same bro, same. like 5 months ago, I made a custom Wugtrio deck with 2x Archeops that you have to manually evolve, 2x cleffa for pivots, and 2x Wishcash - the idea is you put gift energy/double turbo on the wugtrio while you evolve your archeopses, and bust out the 4x reversal energy ftw. It actually worked really well, but I quit playing shortly after that. It prob wouldn't be bad with all the new support for mill decks tho
You HAVE to pair Wugtrio with Toedscruel’s Slime Mold Colony ability. It prevents Pokemon abilities and trainer card from putting cards in the discard pile back into your opponent’s hand.
I've tried this combo and found it not as impactful as I'd hoped. It's probably good in certain match-ups but often cards are moved from discard to the deck or from discard into play.
I've been running a wugtrio deck with a cheeky Cornerstone Ogerpon ex added. It's a situation play but it offers one more stall state you can force the opponent into.
I forgot to comment on this the other day. Excellent! I'm ALWAYS trying to make this deck work. It scares everyone IRL, but it isn't always too consistent because of the coin flips. That's part of why I love it. It feels like gambling 😂 I think rabsca, colress, and xerosic, help this deck a lot. I'm pumped to try a build very similar to this deck list. You always get the wheels turning for my wugtrio deck builds. Thanks!
Mill decks are fun to play against - sometimes i play super passive, sometimes extra argo. This is a bad deck (too many coin flips) but great tusk mill is a solid sleeper deck.
Like with ancient box, i play extra passive. I already hit for 70-90. I just need to set the board with Moons and maybe a Mane. That second match the player instantly threw the game by benching greninja, imo. Wugtrio can be my "draw engine" lol
The coin flips are obviously an issue but I'm not sure it's so bad compared to Tusk. The math for the coin flips is: 3 heads: 1 in 8 chance 2 heads: 3 in 8 1 heads: 3 in 8 0 heads: 1 in 8 So 50% of the time you're milling significantly more than Tusk even if they use a supporter and 37.5% of the time you're only milling 1 card less if they use a supporter, 2 more if they don't. There's really not that many turns where Tusk has a significant mill advantage. Tusk is a bit more bulky but Neutralization Zone does help offset that somewhat.
@@nevergonnaletmewdown great tusk mill also uses the same ace spec and is a basic, and bulkier. If you pilot it similar to ancient box (baby moon), it's consistent. Sada is a powerful card.
I wanna see Dusclops Brableghast get played for a Bad Deck Friday video. It seems like it should've been the first deck to get experimentation after shrouded fable
I'm having a mild success with a Zoroark/Camerupt (the one that hits for 240 dmg) deck, basically you use 4 reversal energies to get 4 prizes and finish off with Slowpoke and DTE, or use 1 DTE with zoroark, and the crisis punch for the las 2 prizes. I'd love to see this deck on a BDF
I love Wugtrio will, its my favourite deck. I really like playing a calamitous wasteland with counter catchers, especially against Gardeviore. YOu can gust counter catcher radiant greninja or manaphy and hen they are stuck. I also like playing some crushing hammers.

Man, I was hoping this would be a deck for my full art Wugtrio ex cards my temporal forces kept giving to me instead of… literally anything else. I guess it’s 82 cents apiece for a reason lol

I've developed a love-hate relationship with this deck. Absolutely love it when I mill 6-9 cards per turn, but I want to bash my screen whenever I have a streak of triple tails 🤬 I had 3 triple tails in a row during a match up today and I closed the game.
Hey LDF can you try and make a deck with Agron V and metang? Baton makes that deck more interesting, and there’s probably some cards from this set that would make it good

Toedscruell that doesn't allow your Openent that doesn't allow your Oppenent to put cards back into your hand it's a control/ lock so it works well

Ive been playing Great Tusk mill with neutralization zone on the Arceus ladder. Its not bad.

Would putting Jirachi in this deck be a good option for blocking the Dragapult bench damage?
Jirachi only prevents counters placed by basic pokemon. Doesn't work on Dragapult

What is the argument for bibs over dudun? Is it because of the extra draw? I like dudun for the free retreat options and can’t deck out
