Well explained, can you kindly inform regarding measurement of 4.5" Brick masonary wall with 9" Overlapping pannels. The overlap portion seems like 9"*9" Brick column after each pannel of wall. In this case under which BOQ Item this portion will be paid? 4.5" Thickness or 9" Thickness?
