So, I followed your instructions thoroughly and I cannot get the bluetooth to connect or even turn on. So no carplay, which sucks. Any idea? Everything else works smoothly !
In order to get the. CarPlay to work you have to to first connect it to the USB that said IPhone then make sure the 4G antenna , GPS and WiFi are also connected then this will enable car play. Then make sure you accepted and when it say wireless car play make sure you enable it. That should fix it. Let me know it goes.
@@Kaldodd I returned my device. I used the wrong screws because mine didn’t come with them. And they said the Bluetooth module was damaged with the oem screw I used. I ordered a new one and everything works fine.
Thank you so much for the video. It made my install so easy. I am trying to figure out how to connect the internet to the unit to utilize TH-cam, Netflix, Etc. It seems I am not getting that straight. Thank you again.
For the internet to work you need either a sim card and use that SIM card wire to get the wireless signal. For use what we do is use the Hotspot feature on the phone and connect to the phone and you have internet and you can use Netflix and TH-cam and chrome.
When I’m connected to apple car play, then go back to android screen and try to connect to wifi I’m getting error that media already connected! Any suggestions?
I believe Car play and Wifi use the Same entena that is probably why you are not able to do that. I would connect to WIFI first then thry to connect Carplay. and see if that works. normally you are not allowed to use both at the same time. You can also email the Seller to ask this questions. but this is my input.

No the crash sensor still work the tachometer still work the only thing we don’t have anymore is the maintenance minder. Contact the manufacturer and they will tell you the positions to change. It’s somewhere in the extra setting I think. I can’t remember the options exactly. Also make sure your radio is up to the Latest MCU as well the old one was missing some stuff.
It's a great radio, I want to keep it but it's says it's for 2018-2021. I have a 2022 Honda Accord hybrid touring and when I install it everything works great except the backup camera and audio. I can get the rear camera when I turn on the turn signal but how do I reprogram the OEM back up camera for when I reverse? Also my car has the upgraded sound system so maybe the radio isn't turning the amp on? How do I find the amp wire to tie into the radio wire harness?
Okay this is a complicated one. The first thing you have to do look at the video I show how to fix the backup camera issue. Also you should firstly update the radio to the latest frirmware/MCU go to the website and they will tell you how to do it. Message dasaita they will tell you the amplifier stuff. It should all be plug and play. You can also check the book for more How to issues good luck. 🍀
Yes I used a splitter for the RCA and I was able to connect it and the sub work fine by connecting it and using the speaker level to power the sub and turn it on.

Make sure tha the connectors are clicking in. if they sent you multiple connector make sure everything is connected. that the only reason that it should not work.

Additionally, my aftermarket lights no longer perform their animations when turning on. Is there a way to fix these issues?
@@jaydrives19 I did mentions that on my video that some options like the Maintenance minger is OEM radio dependant. But I got arround it by downloading an app that does the same thing. the Audio is also depending on the OEM radio also make sure you select the right radio there are a few options. I cant remenber witch one I chosed I think its under Factory Seting/cars. Email Desaita they will tell you what options you need to select.

Does this head unit gives you any lag with the heat temperatures inside the car? The stock head unit on mines got the “ghost touches” and it’s annoying when I drive and would randomly go from one source to another without me actually touching it

Will this work for a JDM accord and can you access digital guage cluster settings using it?
I am not 100% sure. It will work the wiring might be different. In this mod yes. But make sure you update to the lasted software though.

Yes you can keep using your OEM Mic and use wireless Apple car play and Android auto. Everything in the video works fine with No Issue

Can you reset the TPMS sensors with this? I have a 2.0 Sport and I've heard if the tpms light comes on I won't be able to reset it with one of these.

so far so good. Just make sure you upgrade to the new MCU. this enable more features so that eveerything is working on your head unit.

This is the Software update if you go to the Webiste and go help and you will see how to update the Software on your Unit.
Tryed installing it it’s not getting any power
Make sure tha the connectors are clicking in. if they sent you multiple connector make sure everything is connected. that the only reason that it should not work.
