This channel is my favourite things, armwrestling weight training and wood building, I’ve spent the past few days building a wooden bench press and a new armwrestling table, but this my guy is on another level

Excellent tutorial yet again! I hate to keep bothering, but if you could make a tutorial for the flat bench when you get the chance that would be excellent. I inform people how much the raw material cost only...not how much they should "pay themselves", which I personally find ridiculous. If you want to pay yourself for making YOUR OWN gym equipment, then have at it lmao. You do you buddy..
