Running Biking and Hiking - Rim to Rim to Rim at the PA Grand Canyon

Attempting to bike, hike and run from the Northern rim to the southern rim and back in the same day at the PA Grand Canyon.
This was an epic adventure and challenged my mental toughness and physical abilities.
Every mile I run while I train to race in my first marathon I give $5 per mile to Charlie Rocket and the Dream Machine Foundation.
