Directors agreed on the fact that Deneuve is the only actress who can speak very fast and be very articulate at the same time, something tha the people she works with do appreciate. Everybody understands her, she's got a clear & beautiful voice and her unique carreer in modern cinema speaks for itself. She's been on top for 50 yrs. Not many actresses have been able to reach such a status, have talent and remain mysterious.
What makes Catherine so enjoyable as an actress is her beauty, both in and out making her movies a hell of a lot of fun! I am a voyuer and love to watch a beautiful woman who can act!
The only film I ever walked on was Repulsion, which I found repulsive. While I catch Parapluies de Cherbourg whenever I get a chance, one of my all time favorite movies.

@euphoria30ful : It just proves you don't speak French well. She speaks English in the interview, and she uses typical words native Frenchies would use, like 'relations' instead of 'relationships'. Plus, you can recognize she has a typical French accent. Apart from that, she's great. But she kind of looks fat???? Weird..... I still remember her when she was younger and very pretty. She's aged quite well though.
