The regulator of my 7.5 KVA generator has corroded and I want to replace it with a new AVR just like this SX460. I understand this is designed for a brushless generator which requires a smaller amount of current considering that the AVR is powering a slave generator which in turn supply a bigger amount of current to the exciter of the main generator.
