Been trying to talk with someone for weeks regarding the fibre cable route to the external box and house entry point but never get a call back. City fibre ran the cable about 4 weeks prior to the installation which is in 2 days away now. They just turned up with no prior notification and pulled the cable through the underground conduit used by bt which is totally on the wrong side of the house there is another underground conduit used by virgin media on the side of the house where the entry will be. Toob said they will contact city fibre and guess what? Nothing! I'm guessing this could all go wrong as the toob engineer will not re run a new fibre cable.
