- In this video I am continuing to dress the Parisian haberdashery shop. placing pieces of furniture here and there.
I also show a wooden chest make, that I since remember that I saw this being made on one of Julie Warren's videos (Little bits and pieces by Julie). I always think her videos are so "calming" to watch, just lovely.

Maybe if you were to take an afternoon siesta, all those people with suggestions for your dollhouse would crowd in then instead of at night when you're trying to sleep. And is that strange yellow container you showed a dumpster? I couldn't tell what you were calling it. Everything looks beautiful and perfect to me! The tea crate is so lovely! Love to John and Niles.
I could give that a try lol. Yes it's a dumpster, we call them skips, but to be honest, I really don't know where that came from 😁

I'm currently reading "Life in miniature, A history of dolls'houses" makes me want to travel to all the lovely museums and see them in person! Unfortunately I am and have been bedbound for the past 10 years and my health is declining. Sadly, otherwise I would be just in the right place as I live in Germany and we have a lot of Dollshouse history here. Especially in Nuremberg. I'm in Berlin but it wouldn't be that far. Although in my situation even the next grocery store seems like a life time of travel since I can't even reach my bathroom 😂

But so sad to hear of your condition. I've always been a very caring person, and it always makes me feel sad when I hear of folk who aren't able to live a more active life. I wish I could help. But I hope very much that you can at least get a little enjoyment from watching my videos. TH-cam will never be a "financial" thing for me for sure, but I get my enjoyment just to know that I'm giving someone else a little joy 🙏

Hi, that was so lovely of you to make the gift for John, I have made small lidded boxes into dioramas for a few people who are special to me, also do you find that sometimes your brain will look at a small item of "rubbish " and think what can I make that into for my dolls house ? By the way Amilie was right about the counter and as always you have done a fabulous job of it ,stay safe x
