@maroulio2067 I remember around thanksgiving in Manhattan eating bagels from a vendor near the ice rink! With all the salt crystals on top...I loved them.

My hope is there continues to be an ongoing caring and supportive approach to providing these folks in Florida, as well as in Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee what they need. The after effects of their individual and collective trauma will also need much, much attention too. So much shock, loss and horror. I read yesterday a young man in North Carolina lost 11 close family members including his parents, grandparents, etc. in the mudslides. And there were so many who were so quickly caught up in the flood waters and mudslides that they were on their roofs, holding onto each other … and then the houses below them broke apart and their loved ones were swept away, from their very arms, right in front of them. Parents lost children, babies, people lost spouses, parents, pets, etc. The pain of feels unfathomable to me. I deeply appreciate your kindness and empathy. It’s obvious you two are very caring, loving and heart-led people. The world needs more folks like you. Your talents and gentleness shine through in every video. Thank you both for your inspiration and also your concern. All the best to you two. Happy Day to you all from across the pond!

@papabear2515 I agree totally! When we hear of so much heart ache of these events taking place, I literally can't make my brain understand or except that these disasters are breaking families apart. It's so hard to accept!!! And I can't even begin to think how the survivors manage to live on, when they've been through a tragedy like that 😒

@RobynWright-f1g I'm just pleased that we have things in this world, like radio and TV because we wouldn't know what was happening anywhere! At least we can all send out our thoughts of good will and hope everyone stays as safe as possible 🙏❤️

@JohnBurke67 well I end up making a lot more work for myself, because when designing a commission for a client, they just listen to your ideas and go from there. So I could easily have suggested brick and stone effect paper to stick on, but I wouldn't have been happy with the "quick fix" when I already started thinking up more detailed work 😊
