Not sure if it’s just me, but return of the turn has completely brought back my passion in skiing for the fun of it. It’s tough not racing anymore, but this series taught me that there’s wayyy more than red and blue on the mountain. Cheers Marcus
The launch at 10:18, the hairpin at 10:43, the 360° camera on Marcus’ head quietly witnessing … just epic. I’m glad Tim and Cam raced, because nothing was better than watching it from Marcus’ POV. I was never into either freeriding or racing for myself, but thanks to “Return of the Turn” I am now!
Thank you for interviewing those people .. many people don't know the part Brits have played in the modern skiing of today ! Fantastic insight! Be proud of yourself's chaps . Great work !
Funny, Crazy, Scary, Beautiful, Exciting all at the same time! I LOVE Return Of The Turn with all my heart‼️ Marcus - with all your philosophies on skiing you are my guru. THANK YOU AND THE CREW❤️‼️
I love the campy, skiing for the joy of skiing tone that's central to the Return of the Turn series from episode 1 onwards! This episode is a bit different; I felt the tension as if I had signed up for this crazy race! You feel like you're right there with Marcus as a participant and tourist, and it's humanizing to see Marcus, the beyond excellent skier that he is, operating a bit outside of his comfort zone, honestly conveying some of the anxiety I'd know I'd have. Banger of a run! I love Marcus got some free ride in too. It makes me want to get back to the Alps (it's been a few years).
Adding this to my bucket list that looks so fun. This series continues to be all high quality bangers and the variety of topics is so good. Thanks and please keep it going!
Damn that looks awesome. It's wild that they only seem to have B netting in some important places on a few of the exposed turns, and that turn at 10:34 didn't have any netting! I wonder how many people fly off course each year.
I love the series, u make my winter much better! Its like u rekindle the spirit of the old SalomonfreeskiTV. I can remember trying to watch it without much internet and waiting like 1 minute to buffer all the time. Keep going!
Looks intense even without other having to navigate around other racers on the course. Given how well you can ski, there must have been some serious competition there.

The best Return of the Turn episode to date!! Great series Marcus & Team!

A more than respectable finish! Thanks for the trip down the Inferno. That's as close as I will ever get, LOL.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!! Real skiing !! Thank you so much !
Return of the turn does the business once again! Rock and roll baby…epic race footage Marcus but those pow turns, gold standard.
Another excellent film guys! I'd never even heard of this. You are always having a good time, and that pre race powder day looked fantastic.
I always wait for these episodes, this one did not disappoint!!
Hell yes! This is rad!
this is a really great film! And congratulations to the great result!
This is the spirit of gravel
I'm a long time snowboard freerider but I used to ski & downhill skiing like that is fun! Doing that race would be a blast!!
The pow footage!
Definitely a wonderful clip! Wishing to add this to my bucket lists of things to do. We shall see!
This, Gnar and the 50 Project are God Tier ski films...
great episode. now that the season is upon us, I need to to watch the groomer episode at Snowbird to get jacked up again.
Nice! You guys were letting it rip!
deja vu, but so worth a re-watch
Marvelous stuff. Perhaps even time to try the Cresta Run...

Shame you didn't get to run the full course! When they run it to the valley floor it's a whole different ball game. Glad you had fun though!
Legends
Dang that was commitment as a not-full time racer
"Yaa, It is the only way. Chinese Downhill."
Is this a re-upload?
Looks like classic Utah MTB riding:
rip, rip, rip,… #^#* HAIRPIN!
Rip, rip, rip again
You would have won on some thermo V 20s…
