as a chef who works for a high end country club and has done a similar dish, depending on the resturants location it should really be priced at 15 to maybe 17 max. even with extra on it we priced ours at 20 but added our own homemade sauces and added guac and lime juice with pico with those 8 pieces of chicken on his dish it definitely doesn't justify the price

If you use the basic price structure most restaurants use (ie base food costs should be about 1/3 of asking price) then $12-17 range is more realistic because theres no way thats more than $5 bucks worth of wholesale ingredients.
