The NR House is located in the Jubilee Hills region of Hyderabad. The principal objective of the project was to create a dwelling keeping three concepts in mind - elegance, sophistication, and grandiose feel.
The grandness of the entrance, play of volumes at levels accentuates light, spatial interaction, and the experience of the built environment. In addition to these architectural features, the luxury elements from interior artifacts to color tones provided emphasis to every space in its contexts.
Principal Architect Niroop Reddy walks us through this beautiful house in Hyderabad that has achieved Platinum IGBC Ratings with its green practices and elegant design features throughout the house.

He's has shown that anything is possible if you put heart and soul in it. Everybody has dreams, but not everybody finds an architect this creative. After watching this video, the definition of my dream home just got rewritten. I'll be thankful if I can realize it in this very life.

@@muralikasini bruh i came for a visit from kolkata for a 15 days office project, i had to commute via ORR in a multiplex project site. I have literally counted 56 supercars in 15 days , more than i have seen in kolkata in the last 23 years.

If anyone read this here is a suggestion to small house...just don't clutter your house with unnecessary cheap looking furnitures , choose warm colour palate than roudy ones , stop using false ceiling , LED stripes, cheap looking plywood on walls...instead use plants and dim lights in corner of room... don't clog your house leave room to breathe
