400 houses in 70 acres, you got your answer here itself. In Most of the places houses are clustered and they don't even have space in between. The main issue is space which everyone can't afford. It's hard to even build your house let alone think of trying to save water in your plot.

    • @surfingguru5360

That's why individual houses should be discouraged. They are most inefficient places of residence, wasting the most prestigious resource: land. Large apartment complexes have more space inside them which accommodates, rainwater harvesting, STP management, trees are planted and other facilities. Land needed per person drastically reduces due to vertical growth.

This is great for a layout which has mechanism to save water. I'm also part of layout where we wanted to bring initiative to safe guard water and improve ground water level but every individual in our layout thinks they are top of everything and they feel its responsibility of govt to recharge the undergound water. Individual fell why should invest money building the infra to sustain water.

In one of the largest communities in RT Nagar, there's an unusual focus on a rather peculiar subject - poop! I'm sure you all know, I guess every house in Classic orchard has atleast one car. But, you still will do everything to prevent motorists from using the road that passes through your community, you close gates, add speed brakers. Why cause inconvenience to other road users. Remember you need other roads to drive your fancy cars

A resident was mowed down on this road about a year back by a speeding motorist and hence police have introduced restrictive measures.
