I just came across these lovely boys sometime late last year through my granddaughter always so engrossed on her cellphone. That's heard about them. As I am fond of watching animes, Japanese and Korean movies and am familiar with the actors, some singers, I went and browsed and found out about them. Then it started. everyday I watched videos and listened to reactions about them, watched their MVs, concerts, reality shows. I was called by my daughter, siblings (who knew I am ARMY from my daughter, nieces and nephews and grandchildren Mommy ARMY. By the way, I am 68. I took my morning coffee while listening and watching JIMIN's Serendipity live in Japan for several months, then found his other solos but I love this one best. As someone below mentioned his live performance of LIE is even more incredible vocally b/c of the choreo he does with it, including hitting a high note while being horizontal in the air. The only other guy in K Pop who dances more sensually than Park Ji Min would be Taemin from Shinee. Google, Danger, Idea or Criminal and check out any of these MVs.

Crown of the head through the ceiling. Shoulders down relaxed away from the ears. Plié: Bend in the knees. His thighs are massive for a reason. When everyone is choreographed to bend at the knees or spring into a jump, Jimin is going to plié deeper than anyone and jump higher. He did contemporary dance before joining BTS and was the best in his class. his dance is just elegant. He doesn't just do the moves but feel them if that even makes sense. this is the impression I get from him. I'm a guy btw haha a jimin bias if you will. I extremely respect these brothers art. never seen such a group/band/artist. am 25 and my music is 90% BTS. recommendations : Jimin high notes video, you will be truly floured. Awesome! First off, it's not bad that you went back on the shirt lift part, we all do lol! And I'm a guy, it's just the Jimin effect 😆You should check out a live performance for each of the boys!! You should also watch the live version of "Crystal Snow" it's another of their Japanese songs that you'll absolutely love!! There's a version where it cuts to a Jin fancam for his famous triple high note (that they say almost broke Twitter that day lol) It then cuts back to the full version. But here's some recommendations for the solo songs! I know you have a lot to watch, but these are all well worth it 💜 RM - Love Jin - Epiphany Suga - Seesaw J-Hope - Just Dance V - Singularity Jungkook - Euphoria Side note 📝 I love "Singularity", but I prefer "Stigma" as it really shows Tae's range, but I don't know if there's a TH-cam version of Stigma that's good. Jimin has a dancer’s hands. He always has them poised along with his sexy body rolls. He could flirt with the camera more like V does and we’d all be melted on the floor. V always knows where the camera is and he looks straight into our souls. Jin does too sometimes. Jimin has sort of what I’ll call a “Julia Robert’s smile.” Julia was once told not to smile so much in a movie because it takes over the scene. Jimin’s smile is different but if he flashed it more and looked into the camera, we’d lose our powers of speech, I think.

Jimin is my bias and I am OT7. Jimin is an angel. I used to dance when I was little. I was really talented in everything then. I love dance to the musical melody and Jimin as well as the other BTS members do exactly that so I am drawn. Jimin's smile is so appealing, dang it. The way he moves. The way he dances is totally his style. No one can copy it. Jimin is a countertenor (highest notes for a male). Jimin is not the main vocalist but he is the lead vocalist. He got skills! [Cr. to Abbiea123] - Jimin at age 11-12 started studying, performing, & competing (winning every competition) in hip hop, popping (which he excelled) & street dancing attending the renowned Just Dance Academy in Busan where he is from. A dance instructor there even waived the quite high tuition fee for him at one point! - Jimin did this while also going to middle school, where he joined the football team, because he loved sports & is quite athletic. He also excelled in track, basketball, is even good at billiards. - Jimin then started studying & performing contemporary dance as well at the Busan High School of Arts. The media even called Jimin "The rising star of Busan" after seeing him performed at a Busan Festival concert. - Jimin also studied ballet & traditional Korean dance while attending the Busan High School of the Arts, but was still going to Just Dance Academy for hip hop classes during weekends. - Jimin also excelled in academic studies, (especially math & science) always getting perfect scores & was class president for 9 yrs straight! - Jimin had offers to dance overseas but he turned it down because he also wanted to become a singer since the 2nd grade!! This boy is the reason i stan bts now, he caught my heart in a steel grip and never let go :D i love all seven, ot7 till heaven, but Jimin is my precious baby :)) he's one of a kind, isnt he? ;) and he knows his power, cheeky boy!
Jimin is an attractive man but I think he is truly gorgeous when he moves. A still photograph of him doesn't convey his grace, power, or expressiveness. He looks good in photos but he's absolutely breathtaking when he dances. That's my thoughts, anyway. You should watch the behind the scenes of him and JK rehearsing for a performance to a song called "Coming of Age". It's fascinating to me to see the two execute the exact same moves side by side, and yet see the difference in their movements. Jimin is more fluid, more graceful, while JK is controlled but more sharp, not quite as fluid. Jimin flows from movement to movement while JK is more stop and start. They're both excellent dancers but being able to see them side by side, just the two of them, is incredible to watch.

Although i fully appreciate and adore each boy's unique strength, talent & charm, i must confess jimin is my 'bias'. He once said his tension rises before every performance of his solo song because both singing and dancing should continue with little pause. Jimin already was known well among Korean dancers n students when he was high school. He entered art high school as the 1st with scholarship. If he didn't become a singer, he become a dancer.

- Jimin had offers to dance overseas but he turned it down because he also wanted to become a singer since the 2nd grade!! So he went to audition for Big Hit Entertainment (the company BTS is signed with), to the dismay of one of his dance instructors who said ("The world of dance was going to lose a great artist!").
- Also even when Jimin was a young boy, after seeing the anime One Piece character Zorro, he wanted to become the greatest swordsman in the world like Zorro!! So he went to his mom and asked to be trained in Martial Arts.
- Jimin trained for 8 yrs in Kendo and also has a 'Blackbelt' in Taekwondo.
He has also learned Hapkido, Keomdo (Korean form of Kendo) & Chinese martial arts.
He even studied martial arts in China after receiving a scholarship (only one in class to receive it).
- Jimin has found a way to incorporate all his various dance disciplines as well as all his vast experience in martial arts into his own amazing and outstanding dance style!
His extensive martial arts training has given Jimin his phenomenal inner core strength as well as amazing flexibility to enable him to do all those gravity defying dance moves that many dancers aren't able to do!!
- Jimin is also known for his mesmerizing spectacular stage presence and has been called "Stage Commander".
- He has the ability to be able to convey and internalize all the emotions & feelings that a song is trying to convey through his body and his dance. Just like he does vocally as well!

Jimin is an attractive man but I think he is truly gorgeous when he moves. A still photograph of him doesn't convey his grace, power, or expressiveness. He looks good in photos but he's absolutely breathtaking when he dances. That's my thoughts, anyway. You should watch the behind the scenes of him and JK rehearsing for a performance to a song called "Coming of Age". It's fascinating to me to see the two execute the exact same moves side by side, and yet see the difference in their movements. Jimin is more fluid, more graceful, while JK is controlled but more sharp, not quite as fluid. Jimin flows from movement to movement while JK is more stop and start. They're both excellent dancers but being able to see them side by side, just the two of them, is incredible to watch.

Jimin's dance is always beautiful & graceful, powerful & precise, and touching & so satisfying to me. Although i fully appreciate and adore each boy's unique strength, talent & charm, i must confess jimin is my 'bias'. He once said his tension rises before every performance of his solo song because both singing and dancing should continue with little pause. That made me feel every piece of jimin's performance even more precious.

jimin is like a chameleon on the stage. If Serendipity is a cute, lovely side of jimin, then lie is a emotional anguish that's what he'll show you and make you feel. and than there filter..... you'll see the true meaning of sensuality!! he just not perform in to the music he become music itself.
