@@robertsilva5041 thanks!! Ive sold the surron since the video but it is absolutely one of the best purchases ive ever made…i will for sure get another one.
Thanks for making this Vid! Mine arrives tomorrow and hopefully, this gal can put it together easily. (I took notes 😂). I've been riding motorcycles for 6 years and am excited to try this bike out.
@@lowclassmediavideos Hi again, I can't tell you how helpful your Vid was for me. Got the bike this morning and put it together. The most difficult part was getting the front forks off that wooden block!! You were right about the need for better packaging in that dept. I'm pretty stoked about this bike. Did you snip the green wire to remove any limitations? I also noticed the throttle has quite a bit of play in it before it engages. Same for you? Thanks for all your help. New Sub 😁
yeah that wooden block was a pain! i did snip my wire...its really easy. used electrical tape on the ends. hmmm nah no real play in my throttle. thanks for subbing!!
This was such a great initial setup video, thank you! I just ordered the Black Friday Ludicrous XX version, and it arrives this Friday. I'll be watching this vid again Friday afternoon. Sub'd!
nice glad you enjoyed it!! it was quite time consuming to make and it seems like a lot of people got a lot out of it...ive been away from making surron content because of my motorcycle racing but im about to get back on my game soon!

Uh Oh!!! Those spacers you mentioned at 16:36. I may have been drinking a bit much when putting together my new Sur Ron. I was wondering where these two thing went! I've been riding it around and seems fine. Now I'm freaking out about front wheel safety. So, I need to take down the front wheel and re-assemble?
Glad I wasn't the only person that had a war trying to remove the axle from the wood block. I tried taking weight off the axle and that didn't help. Ridiculous.
Make sure the Sur Ron chain is basically the way it was shipped. I'm also a moto-cross / street bike rider and it pains us to see that, but it is due to where the pivot on the front sprocket is located. I can't explain it so much so I sent you the video that does. th-cam.com/video/6sE_AZjDWrY/w-d-xo.html
after hours of trying to put the bike together I give up . watched every sur ron video probably. Even with brake calipers removed the tires barely will spin. Demotivated about this whole bike ... really wish I hadn't bought it.
Keep trying. Take it slow. Sometimes even in small stages. Call a buddy to help, and then blame him. I challenged myself to just use those crappy tools that came with it it and I was able to put it together even though I probably own $6,000.00 worth of tools. You're frustration is due, usually, because you missed something very small somehow in the steps. Always works that way.
thank you for the best video on assembly I've seen.
No problem!!!
Sometimes that chain tension needs to be like that for the break in. Then check and adjust accordingly. Great job on the review

Great video, just one thing you missed was to blue loctite the front axle bolt (the reverse thread) otherwise you may lose it.
Dude great vid. Subbed and please keep producing. I know it’s hard with such a small amount of subscribers

I'm hoping you figured out by now you were wrong about the chain tention, 10-15mm slack is what they advise apparently.
yeah it loosened up just barely and to the right amount...but yeah seemed too tight. it was actually good to go
