People say don’t use the super costumes to get good with Dante but even with super Dante you can still get good with Dante even if your using his super version
I agree, you can get good using super characters and then change for the normal version to get even better. I prefer playing the normal version of characters, but it's fun as hell to use the super characters sometimes.
Technically you can simply hold down Royal Guard against Vergil and not worry about getting your guard broken at all since you have infinite DT with the super costume. It don't matter if you get perfect parries or not, Vergil can't do a damn thing about Royal Guard on super Dante.
