well obviously, since i work out its easier to find fitting clothes than before 10 kilos. I still have to try many clothes before i dress up in something and its wide enough up but its skinny on the stomach and im like boom thats it

Man I can't tell you how much you've helped me. by sizing down my Henley fits so much better. I wear a large but the shirt was always kinda baggy on me. well after listening to you I tried going down and boom the small fit me so much better. Muscles showing and the shirt isn't tight. thanks Alpha your the best.
I love these. I remember Don Henley lead singer wore it in their Eagles concert in 1995. He wore a flannel shirt over a grey Henley t-shirt. I loved that look and I bought a grey and pink flannel shirt, a grey henley tshirt and a black jeans. I was rocking that look for over 3 year and wore it every weekends and most of my friends and acquaintances couldn't understand my attachment towards the same piece. Best memories till date
What I learned from this video.. everything looks decent on a guy who's jacked...well you put a couple of those on my type of body and you're gonna get laughed at back to the dresser.
lol that isn't completely true man. Of course he looks 10x better than us in clothes because he's ripped, but if you wear perfect fit clothing and rock a nice outfit, you'll look good. Also, if you're not satisfied with ur physical appearance, then do something about it! I'm trying to gain some muscle because I'm too thin dude
10Roberto7 i would recommend checking out the Paleo diet (not really a diet tho more like a lifestyle change) this allows u to consume fat but cut out all carbs from ur diet and eat more veggies and fruits (if u aren't already). for exercise, i would say to exercise every other day as rest allows ur muscle to expand. i would also do high intensity cardio (such as short bursts of sprinting) instead of regular cardio (running, walking) because this burns fat more quickly and also builds muscle in the process (the less body fat % u have the more ripped u look). for strength training, u should look up an appropriate routine. look up different workout routines and find one that u like (check scooby's website, bodybuilding.com, nerdfitness, etc.) u should also find or make a cardio routine too. this is all the tips I have bro hope it can help u cuz i have no experience just knowledge i acquired from various sources. but i know one thing for sure if u want to look like aaron it's gonna take years and years to build that amount of muscle. with that being said, don't think ur gonna eat a lot and magically transforum ur fat into muscle xD thats not how it works. u need to lower ur body fat % and continuously gain muscle. good luck wish u the best :)
10Roberto7 i didnt read what the other guy said, but heres my advice with which i went from 73kg/195cm with visible abs to 81kg/195 with visible abs in a year and few months: 1)work out in a gym start light 15 reps 3-5series a muscle, to make your thin muscles used to work and not injure, in few months swich to 6-8 reps 3-5 series for a muscle. 2) eat a lot of protein and fats, have good breakfest, lunch and dinner. Eat something in between. 3) buy a blender and make every day shaked like this : milk, peanut butter, banana, oats (oat meal is maybe the good word) - one half litter shake and boom you are 700kcal closer to nice body. Hope it helps

Looking sharp Alpha, great advice; I wear the 3 button Henley and the Thermal long sleeve the same, they go with everything except for the Sport coat /suit jacket look, where a Henley works but the thermal would be way too informal. The best thing about the thermals and 3 button Henley is that they're cheap and available everywhere from Walmart to Penney's to Target. I live in Palm Springs California, before that I lived most of my life in L.A. It's VERY Casual and Laid back here in SoCali so this garments work. Thanks Alpha.

I believe the 3 buttons can be pull off. But with a body like yours. Honest, your buff and maxed out. Which is great, it inspires many of us, but the three button can be pulled off.

But a friend, whose an artist, did finally convince me that looking good is practical, because looking good “opens doors.” That got my interest. He said, “haven’t you ever heard about people getting by in life solely on their looks?” I thought of women getting by and receiving all that untaxed gifts from various dudes. But do guys get by on their looks? And yes they do. So your channel has been helpful. But it’s been tough because I still have that “it’s gotta be practical/functional perspective”
