Hi Sherry! I enjoyed the quiz at the end, great questions/answers 😊 I like to watch podcasts and TV shows when I crochet/knit/sew. Thank you to Barbara and yourself for being so generous and giving! Xx
Thank you. Loved the quiz at the end, found myself being quite competitive against me! Wow can’t believe all the lovely materials Barbara sent you, never used Belfast linen - how does it differ from other materials? Have re-found my love for sewing and embroidery during lockdown and followed your tutorial for cow parsley- thank you. Have been working through a lot of embroidery threads inherited from my husbands gran for years now and finally almost at the end - just treated myself to some new threads. Would love to be in with a chance to win a little parcel from your give away. Xxx
Had to smile - i'm sitting here sewing and watching your podcast! I generally like to watch/listen to podcasts while I'm knitting or sewing :) Lovely vloggpod as always! xx
💜Barbara you're a star and so giving, you too Sherry for sharing!!!💜 I'm like you Sherry, I can't watch anything and knit at the same time. What I like to do went knitting is sit outside in the garden and listen to the birds, plus the light is better outside then in my indoor comfy knitting corner. 🤗
Hi Sherry, I watch / listen to podcasts when I crochet, knit or embroider as I can usually just look up when something is shown. When I paint and draw I listen to music but it has to be the right music, something calm. Love your vloggypods by the way...thanks for all you do x
Thank you to you and Barbara for your generosity. I dream of returning to Orkney again to visit and maybe one day live there. I listen daily to 'Around Orkney' on the radio and it makes me feel a little closer to my dreams while I knit, crochet, sew.
Thank you for another brilliant vloggypod, Sherry! I loved the quiz and, having actually ploughed through Les Miserables ( the novel), I did better on the book questions. I tend to listen to easy listening type music whilst knitting or cross-stitching - this afternoon I listened to Neil Diamond, Barry Manilow, and a few Disney classic songs. I can't watch TV or read or travel in a car whilst knitting. I have serious fabric envy for the gorgeous material and threads you have been gifted - how utterly sweet of Barbara to send you it, and how kind of you to offer some of it as a giveaway.
What a wonderful generous kind hearted lady Barbara is 💕 I listen to audiobooks mostly from the online library (borrowbox here in Cornwall ) I also listen with headphones for stitching in the garden. I'm watching you now doing some appliqué. I love the bird house, a great combination of both. Can't get my head around knitting in the cinema. Well done with magic loop. I started with those for socks then dons. Happy stitching/knitting Sherry.
I watch television, listen to podcasts and particularly audiobooks, and even read ebooks whilst knitting, but have different projects which require more or less concentration as required. At the moment though, my favourite thing to do is sit in the garden crafting, listening to the birds.
As with so many crafty people, I tend to flit from one project to another and slip in another one in between! I love looking on TH-cam and learning a new skill or trying something new. It is wonderful to explore and see what others are creating too. I love your travels and the beautiful scenery. I love in Norfolk but have not ventured anywhere yet in case there are too many people out and about since the easing of restrictions. I am sticking to my local area. The Norfolk Broads has lots to offer but I have only seen a small part of it. Have a lovely week.
Thanks so much for making me smile this Sunday morning with your quiet words and spirit. It has been a “week” here in the States and watching/listening to your vloggypod has been helpful.
Loved the quiz at the end......a treat. You asked what we watched / listened to while crafting...I vary it....audio books are a must and I always listen to some Jeeves at this time of the year...I associate it with the start of school holidays !!! Music currently is the 90 birhday celebrations for Stephen Sondheim..it is on utube called Take me to the World...a lockdown concert....if it is really simple knitting, I'll play podcasts
What a lovely Vloggypod, great fun. 😊 Being relatively new to crafting, I love the distractions it brings from all the awful news we have had in the last months. I usually do my crafting outside and just love the peace and quiet, except the birds and distant chatting, children playing nearby etc.i feel very lucky we have a small garden. I have found great inspiration from all the tutorials and Vlogs too, wonderful to listen to.
HI Sherry, what a lovely gift for you to receive . I love listening to your vlog and do cross stitch whilst listening . I' ve just completed Maynia 2020 where you start a new project each day in May . When I knit I'm an old romantic so I love the soppy Hallmark movies . Thankyou for your wonderful podcast and what a great amount you raised with your strawberry colourway .
I like to watch crafty podcasts and vlogs. Lovely giveaway, I've just started doing embroidery in the last couple of months (I'm normally a knitter and crocheter), very kind and generous of Barbara to send you such a bundle of treasures x
Hi Sherry, thanks for the lovely video. While cross stitching I love to watch & listen to other flosstubers and knitters. I enjoyed the daily vlogs of Little drops of wonderful and Giddy knits very much.
Love your vloggypods Sherry. When i am knitting/crocheting i either listen to music from my playlist or tune in to my husband and sons internet radio station. Thank you. X
I really enjoy your calming podcast! And your stitching is inspiring and beautiful! Usually I have to listen while I knit or sew or otherwise I mess up! So it’s either audio books from the library (LIBBY for us the US)or audio podcasts( some on knitting and others from NPR... National Public Radio) l love to hear what you and others are watching on Amazon or Netflix too. Thanks for all of the terrific ideas!
Half an hour of bliss, watching you whilst drinking my first morning coffee and knitting with the windows wide open ... Thank you for dying several batches for the Flower Power Fund because it gave a lot of us chances to grab a skein and the amount you raised is truly remarkable! Bravo to you and your son! I love the appliqué with a bit of embroidery and this morning, thought of a vase with flowers in ... must write this down in my diary! I love doing my embroidery either listening to the birds outside or classical music, Italian baroque, Mozart, Handel being a serious weakness of mine! Wishing you many happy crafting hours if you can squeeze them in between all this yarn dying! 🤗
Another lovely podcast thank you. I too can't knit & watch a screen so instead prefer listening to podcasts. I love to look at what public radio from English speaking countries has to offer & choose from that. My best recommendation is Conversations from Australian Broadcasting where each week day they interview a guest (unknown to me but always interesting) for about an hour.
I have been watching Time Team and am enjoying it very much as I love British History. I also catch up on various knitting podcasts. Sometimes though I just take my knitting outside and sit and knit and listen to the birds, its; so relaxing, Carla
I found different radio dramas and books on You tube so very often watch/listen to those as I knit, sew etc. I also watch old TV programs on the tube as well. Love the embroidery and your wools are so pretty. Jane
Hello Sherry....another wonderful Vloggypod 😊 I sat and knitted my socks on your lovely flower power fund colourway whilst watching 😊. I love coming on your walks with you....such lovely scenery and nature. I long for a change of scenery and to visit Westonbirt again....I miss the trees but it's going to be a while longer before they reopen 😔..I loved the quiz section at the end! I even got some of the questions right 😀...Loved the You've got Mail question....my favourite film too! Now when it comes to Pride and Prejudice...there is only one adaption for me.... BBC 1.....you cannot beat Colin Firth 😀. Have you seem the latest Little Women film? I treated myself to the DVD...so one evening this coming week I shall indulge 😊.
Oh I love that you were knitting on those socks whilst watching :) I know what you mean about missing the trees - being among trees is so therapeutic I think. Hugs xxx
Hi Sherry. I love watching your vloggypod. Thank you 😊. I enjoy listening to Woman’s Hour, the High Low and Grounded podcasts while I knit. I’m always interested to see what you are cooking. I liked the magazines you bought 😊
love your embroidery of the bird house. Little fires everywhere is a wonderful book. i love watching podcasts like yours when I'm knitting. I keep a few projects so one of them if bound to be suitable for each occasion:))
The generosity of others is amazing. How kind to be given so much and how kind to want to share it 💕 my favourite thing to listen to whilst knitting is the birdsong in the garden whenever possible. If i’m indoors then a lovely podcast would be my choice.xx
We have already gone through the whole of the Friends series again(used to love watching it with my kids when they were younger)Now whilst knitting and crocheting we love the repeats of car share with Peter Kay and the wonderful Big Bang Theory.I enjoyed the quiz even though I was rubbish at answering the questions.Thankyou to both you and Barbara for a wonderful giveaway !
I enjoy Agatha Christie audio books, podcasts and Netflix. I enjoy cross stitch more than embroidery 🧵 and love to knit and crochet 🧶. Thank you. Your birdhouse is adorable. At first I thought you stitched the color on the birdhouse. Very clever use of fabric! The quiz was fun. I enjoy learning new things.
I have just finished 'little fires everywhere' and thoroughly enjoyed the first series....if my knitting is plain (at the moment the 'bits and pieces' blanket from Kay Jones...if it's just plain I can knit and watch tv at the same time. If it's a complicated or a dense pattern....then I switch over to audio books....I have wireless headphones so no one else is disturbed!! Am more of a crochet person, but recently started doing english paper piecing and I love it. I do like embroidery and cross stitch too....thank you for another enjoyable podcast. Hugs x x x
Current favourite podcasts to listen to while I knit include Desert Island Discs (of course), Ramblings, Inside Science and The Fox Quarterly. I tend to put knitting podcasts on auto play to catch up with a new paddy friend too.
Another lovely podcast. I just love spending time with you. I love to listen to audion books whilst crafting, either sewing, embroidery of knitting...audio books range from PD James, Agatha Christie etc to Lord of the Rings...😀 I too can't knit and watch somethings, I go wrong often enough as it is lol... A wonderful giveaway and how kind of the lady who sent you the fabric.. Love and hugs Sue xx
It depends what I’m working on. If it’s mindless crochet or knitting etc. I can watch tv with it. Other knitting I like to do while watching a knitting podcast. Cross stitching I like to watch stitching podcasts.
I do alot of knitting and cross stitching, and I watch alot of floss tubes videos (stitching) and alot of knitting videos. It;s so much fun to see what people around the world are doing. I especially like it when they show the area where they live....especially at Christmas. (too many Especiallys!) Loved the quiz; hope you continue doing that. Congratulations on your fund raising efforts! Take care. Patty
I enjoy watching podcasts whilst crafting, some of my favourite podcasts are Woolly Mammoth Fibres, Sew Sweet Violet and of course your Vloggypods. 💕 I thoroughly enjoyed your tutorial on Cow parsley embroidery and I’m hoping you do some more in the future! I rarely take my knitting with me when I’m out and about as I never make much progress, too busy chatting and watching all that’s going on around me! 😂
Hi thank you x love your little bird house so sweet also your yarn choices for your crochet blanket are really pretty thank you for the quiz very interesting I normally either listen to a pod cast or music while knitting x 😊
I love to watch crafty podcasts to inspire me as I knit or stitch. I've picked up my cross stitch and Hardanger embroidery again after a hiatus. Thanks for for the lovely Vloggypods 😚
I just love watching your podcasts. You are so talented. I enjoy listening to my audio books. Or listening to music. 😁. Thanking you for all your inspiration. It’s getting me thinking about doing hand embroidery again. Maybe after I finish quilting my wall hanging. 🌺
Great Vloggy pod Sherry. I’m very much a listener when knitting or crocheting and depending on the time of day it will vary from listening to LBC radio (though not at the moment because I’m sick of the news!) or a good film on tv but what I enjoy the most is taking my knitting into the garden and listening to the birds happily tweeting away as I knit. I should add that I don’t actually knit all day although some in the house would beg to differ! 😂 Loved the quiz and an amazing amount raised for Marie Curie, well done! Xx
Hello Sherry I always listen music when i knit or crochet . The birdshouuse is magnificent so delicate 🥰. Love Monty recycling what a doll. Love the walk with you ! See you next week 😘
Hi Sherri really enjoyed watching you enjoyed everything, I am out in the garden crocheting listing to Darling buds of May must look a bit demented as constantly laughing to myself . Oh forgot to say I am listening on headphones. Thanks for all the joy you bring us. xx
I really enjoy watching podcasts whilst I craft (knitting, cross stitch, EPP & embroidery). Also, I love to watch Escape To The Country because that’s exactly what I dream of doing and they show some amazing properties which I can dream of living in! I’ve only just started my cross stitch and embroidery journey so some more supplies would be amazing.
I like to watch podcasts when I knit and crochet, or when i do watch tv i like a good crime drama. You .... yes, you, have got me on embroidery now and I actually like just sitting in the garden with that and listening to the birds. Oh, Monty Don. Yep I love him too.
Your birdhouse embroidery is beautiful, never tried appliqué yet but will try it.I mostly listen to audiobooks also,at the moment enjoying Kristin Hannah books.
Your videos are always so enjoyable to watch . I adore the white doves , they are so cute and they make me smile all the time . I enjoy knitting and cross stitch. I always listen to knitting podcasts when I am crafting. At the moment I am knitting a shawl with a bit of lace . Kind regards .
The doves are gorgeous but becoming very cheeky and have taken to walking into the kitchen when their food needs replenishing. Archie ignores them but Monty barks and it's chaos! xx
I listen to radio 3 and 4, I also listen to true crime podcasts, and I watch TH-cam. I also cross stitch! I don’t know how people live without stitching or yarn work! Thank you so much! Have a beautiful day.
what a lovely vloggypod. really enjoyed the quiz. your bird house stitching is so sweet. i just picked up little fires everywhere but haven''t started it yet..... as to knitting i watch podcasts that are longer, usually around an hour or so. that way i get in a good bit of knitting. and you asked about yarn, your blue jay is my favorite.
I love to listen to the radio or old episodes of Sunday morning on Radio 2 whilst sewing. In the evening when crocheting my current fav programme us New Amsterdam. Love the podcast, which has inspired me to learn embroidery which I love. Thank you
I enjoy watching my favourite knitting podcasts whilst I'm knitting. Currently that list includes you, of course (I think you are lovely and inspiring), Gayna from Tales from Cuckoo Land, Jooles from Sew Sweet Violet, Kate from the Last Homely House East of the Sea, Nicky from the Sheep and Cheerful podcast, Sandy from By the Lakeside, Eric from Sticks and Twine, Andrea and Andrew from Fruity Knitting, and Rachel from Sew Ray Me. This spring I've also been watching Charles Dowding, after Gayna recommended him. That's plenty to watch.
Lovely to wake up and see your pod Sherry x I usually love to listen to Helen Stewart's Curious Handmade podcast on iTunes while I knit or crochet bunnies thank you xx
I ❤️ the quiz Sherry 😀. I watch Podcasts and Vloggypods when knitting vanilla socks or whilst crochet on granny stripe. But if working on a pattern it’s Classic FM. My favourite adaptation of Pride and Prejudice is the BBC serial with Colin Firth. Jane Austen is my favourite author, and You’ve Got Mail is one of my favourite films. Oh and my daughters and I have one more episode to watch of Little Fires Everywhere. I didn’t know the answer to the Vogue question even though my daughter works at Vogue House (well, currently working from home due to you know what), and when I told her when Vogue magazine first started she informed me that Tatler magazine is much older!! 😀😀. I started embroidery when lockdown started as I was inspired by both you and Sherrie of Ollie and Bella. I want to try cross stitch as I love the sampler she’s working on. I am also going to be attempting your cow parsley embroidery, you make it look straightforward but I’m sure that’s because your tutorial was so good. I bought a DMC beginner kit and started it a couple of months ago. It is Spring Girl (Tamar Nahir-Yanai), but can’t wait to try one of your designs, as I’m finding embroidery very relaxing especially during these anxious times. Thank you for your podcasts and all your inspiration 😊❤️🌸
Oh I just looked that kit up - it looks beautiful. How are you getting on with it? Cow parsley embroidery will be fine - take your time and if you go wrong - snip the stitches out and start again. We have the same taste in films :) Vogue House - fab place to work, and Tatler - yes, so old! Thank you for your lovely message xx
Lovely podcast thank you and well done for raising so much money for Marie Curie!! We have very similar tastes, my dog is named Brinkley!!! We have three children from 16 down to 9 so finding something to watch together can be challenging but we have really enjoyed 'Parks and Rec' recently so have been knitting (Kay Jones' Messalina shawl) while watching that. Colin Firth is my Mr Darcy. Thanks for fun quiz!
Such a lovely calm and soothing episode - as always 🌿. Knitting is my sanctuary. I don’t very often sit and knit for periods of time that allow me to listen or watch anything. I just try to grab moments wherever I can. Often in my car when I arrive to work early, or a spare half an hour here and there when the children are occupied. When those moments do come along I use the time to listen to whats happening around me, nature, people and sometimes silence. As a child I have many fond memories of watching my Mum do cross stitch and embroidery. I’ve dabbled here and there but to receive a little parcel of loveliness to help me on my way would be a joy ❤️
I know what you mean - and you so look forward to a few minutes of knitting don't you? It's bliss! I remember my nan knitting away and hearing her needles clicking x
Thank you for sharing!! I have just bought an embroidery ring and watched your how to and downloaded pattern, no material yet!! I love to listen to podcasts or my audible books or re watch my Harry Potters or my Jane Austen thank you Sherry!!
I love to listen to audiobooks while knitting and crocheting. If I am knitting in front of the tv it has to be something that I don't have to watch to hard as I am a fairly new to knitting. Crocheting I can watch just about anything.
What a lovely giveaway! I enjoy watching TV detective series such as Vera, Midsomer Murders, Lewis, Granchester, Endeavour etc. Well done on raising so much money for Marie Curie xx
I am re-listening to The Cazelets narrated by Penelope Wilton. During this "season" at home Im gently discovering crafts Ive always wanted to "have a go" at! Thank you for your ideas and inspiration.
Morning Sherry, I enjoyed your vlog and the quiz. I didn't do too well, but I tell myself its the taking part that counts! I like to watch podcasts and tutorials while I'm knitting and crocheting, and I'm listening to some lengthy audiobooks too. I've tried to read and if I have my kindle on large font and am just knitting socks, I can get away with it. Take Care xx
Loved your quiz Sherry, you got me stumped on most of them.If I'm knitting a plain item I can watch a podcast or something on television otherwise I cannot do anything else if concentration is required.I have never watched Friends, maybe I need to. Lovely podcast Sherry.Hugs
Loved the idea of the quiz , but could have done better myself with the answers !Will try harder next time !! I generally watch crafty yarny or sewing podcasts whilst stitching/ knitting / crocheting and as a family we also take part in a pub quiz on Zoom every Saturday eve with ex Uni friends of my daughter and I craft during that unless we are hosting 😊
My guilty pleasure whilst knitting is to watch Midsummer Murders or Vera! I’ve got such a dreadful memory that I completely forget who dunnit so can rewatch episodes time and time again! Thank you for offering to share some of your wonderful gifted fabrics, they will make someone very happy x
I have just finished reading all 16 books in the Realm of the Elderlings series by Robin Hobb. I loved them so much that I am not quite ready to leave that world yet, so I have started at the beginning again, listening to them on audiobook - and knitting along, of course! 😃😘
I often read whilst knitting - using my kindle means I’m not worrying about balancing a book on my knee so much. If it’s a sunny day tho I will often sit outside with the birds and the garden for company. There’s been. bit more Vlog Netflix and television watching than usual during lockdown, uncomplicated knitting makes for good good screen time knitting. Take care and pleased you’re able to get out and about a bit more now.
Oh Monty Don love him too😍 My favourite place to knit or crochet is on the pond side , bank while my husband is fishing. The wildlife is so beautiful , my favourite are the beautiful dragon flies . xx stay safe
What a fun giveaway!! I'd like to try stitching, I've only tried cross- stitching but that was ages ago when I was a child! I normally knit & watch knitting / gardening podcasts in English, to keep up with the language. Lovely episode, Sherry!
I cannot watch & knit or do my new attempt at embroidery at the same time After watching Outlander series I’ve become hooked on the clear Scottish sounds from outlander playlist & especially a girl called Ella Roberts from TH-cam there is always stunning videos so I watched them when first saving them then can have the beautiful sounds while crafting that is my lockdown isolation treat I catch up on vlogs at bed time another treat I want to thank all bloggers podcasters you have been amazing company in my solo isolation along with fantastic yarns so Sherry I thank you 🙏🏻
Such fun to have a quiz! (You can read that like Miranda’s mother if you like 😂.) I like to watch vlogs and pods when doing work sewing - or rather the cutting and ironing otherwise I wouldn’t hear them! Love them when knitting as well as it’s like a little private knit night at home. I seem to have swapped Netflix for vlogs, haven’t watched Netflix for ages.
I tend to watch crafty podcasts whilst knitting or sewing but if I really need to concentrate then I'll pop on some classical music to help me focus. Loved the quiz...not a great score but I did manage to remember all the Bennet sisters! ❤
Loved the quiz Sherry what a fun idea. And you just happened to ask questions about some of my favourites - You’ve Got Mail, P&P, Roman Holiday, Les Mis - I feel a binge watch coming on ❤️
Really enjoyed your vloggypod. Would love to make the little bird house, I have just started embroidery making a change from knitting. I made your cow parsley design which started me off.
Loved the quiz although I didn’t get many right!!!! I love to watch podcasts mostly but also love to listen to Ann of Green Gables, Little Women and any Jane Austen novels .... thank you for your vloggypod xx
I like to watch tv shows that I’ve already seen a thousand times or listen to music while I knit. Or sometimes I just sit outside and listen the birds and wind!
I knit or stitch while watching vlogs on you tube. Mostly just listening but looking up as and when. I also listen to audio books on Audible or borrowed from my library through the Borrow Box app. The birdhouse appliqué/ stitchery is just lovely. I learned to knit socks at school on DPNs and although I can do magic loop I still prefer my DPNs. I love the top you are wearing. Is it one you made yourself? Yummy pasties!
Thanks🏡 sherry! That was fun quiz,,,,Only got 3 right!! Love UR granny blanket,,,still haven't started one! Just purchased Kays village fete sock pattern,,,,So may the socks Today! Enjoy knitting or rug hooking while I listen to Podcasts on knitting,,,,,or while watching TV! Thanks ,elaine🏠🏡🏠🏡
HI,,, Started a granny stripe ,,,Finally! Sherrie inspired me ,,,to join her mal ,,,, Haven't started the socks yet,,, But looking forward to do them Next! Thanks Sherry! Elaine🏘🏘
Lovely episode Sherry. I like listening to the radio or audio podcasts when knitting or sewing. Have you tried two short circulars for sock knitting. I’ve tried dpns and magic loop but I still come back to two circular needles as it is easy to work out foot and sole stitches and I don’t seem to get the problem of ladders I do with magic loop. Looking forward to my wild strawberry yarn arriving although post here in France has been very slow over this period. Take care
I've been watching Springwatch this week while I knit/crochet, last week it was Chelsea Flower Show, I also love a bit of BBC Radio 2. I love Gardeners World mag, its the only magazine I read from cover to cover!! Lovely vloggypod as always! ❤️
I've read it through from cover to cover too. Might subscribe. And I've made the pond from a sink *beams proudly* And Monty's on the front cover - what's not to like?! :)
Hi Sherry! I enjoyed the quiz at the end, great questions/answers 😊 I like to watch podcasts and TV shows when I crochet/knit/sew. Thank you to Barbara and yourself for being so generous and giving! Xx

Oh I love that you were knitting on those socks whilst watching :)
I know what you mean about missing the trees - being among trees is so therapeutic I think. Hugs xxx
How kind to be given so much and how kind to want to share it 💕
my favourite thing to listen to whilst knitting is the birdsong in the garden whenever possible. If i’m indoors then a lovely podcast would be my choice.xx
I enjoy watching podcasts while I knit and crochet. I listen to smooth radio while I sew and embroider. X
Oh LOVE Car Share! xx

I love to listen to audion books whilst crafting, either sewing, embroidery of knitting...audio books range from PD James, Agatha Christie etc to Lord of the Rings...😀
I too can't knit and watch somethings, I go wrong often enough as it is lol...
Take care. Patty
Thank you for your lovely message Patty xx
Thanks for for the lovely Vloggypods 😚
xxx
I just love watching your podcasts. You are so talented. I enjoy listening to my audio books. Or listening to music. 😁. Thanking you for all your inspiration. It’s getting me thinking about doing hand embroidery again. Maybe after I finish quilting my wall hanging. 🌺
Thank you for your lovely message xx
Great Vloggy pod Sherry. I’m very much a listener when knitting or crocheting and depending on the time of day it will vary from listening to LBC radio (though not at the moment because I’m sick of the news!) or a good film on tv but what I enjoy the most is taking my knitting into the garden and listening to the birds happily tweeting away as I knit. I should add that I don’t actually knit all day although some in the house would beg to differ! 😂 Loved the quiz and an amazing amount raised for Marie Curie, well done! Xx
Hi lovely xxx So many people have said listening to the birds! Nature is best! Big hugs xxx
Hello Sherry
I always listen music when i knit or crochet .
The birdshouuse is magnificent so delicate 🥰.
Love Monty recycling what a doll.
Love the walk with you !
See you next week 😘
Liked the quiz. Questions should be up to you. The appliqué birdhouse looks amazing.
Hi Sherri really enjoyed watching you enjoyed everything, I am out in the garden crocheting listing to Darling buds of May must look a bit demented as constantly laughing to myself . Oh forgot to say I am listening on headphones. Thanks for all the joy you bring us. xx
LOVE Darling Buds of May!
Thank you
Oh - I'm so thrilled you've started embroidery! x
Great vlog and poddy bit, beautiful country side
Hi Sherry, really enjoying your lovely vloggy pods and the quiz too! ❤️
xxxxxxx
Enjoyed the quiz, I like to listen to audio books when I knit. Have a great week
Lovely to wake up and see your pod Sherry x I usually love to listen to Helen Stewart's Curious Handmade podcast on iTunes while I knit or crochet bunnies thank you xx
Yes - Helen's podcast xx
We have the same taste in films :)
Vogue House - fab place to work, and Tatler - yes, so old!
Love you vlogs and you crafty bits and wonderful yarn.Love doing embroidery and cross stitch..and would enjoy some fabric.
Love your VloggyPods Sherry! I usually listen to podcasts while I knit or stitch, I'm not one who can watch a movie and knit...
I love watching knitting / crafting podcast while I knit .
Oops Forgot to say I love watching favourite films whilst crafting, as I know them well I can never miss anything. Thanks x
Thank you for sharing!! I have just bought an embroidery ring and watched your how to and downloaded pattern, no material yet!! I love to listen to podcasts or my audible books or re watch my Harry Potters or my Jane Austen thank you Sherry!!
Oh I'm so thrilled you've started embroidery! Always re-watching both of those! x
I like catherine cooksons , and i love the country diary of an edwardian lady watched that many times while crafting.
Well done on raising so much money for Marie Curie xx
xxx
Clever you! I could never knit and read I'm sure of it! x
Loved your quiz Sherry, you got me stumped on most of them.If I'm knitting a plain item I can watch a podcast or something on television otherwise I cannot do anything else if concentration is required.I have never watched Friends, maybe I need to. Lovely podcast Sherry.Hugs
Ooh yes -watch Friends. Always puts a smile on my face xx
Sherry, you are always a breath of fresh air! Loved the quiz - brain stretch felt nice! 😊
Oh thank you xxx
I could watch Midsummer Murders on a loop! xx
Sherry Iris haha! I’m watching it as I type 😂 x
I have just finished reading all 16 books in the Realm of the Elderlings series by Robin Hobb. I loved them so much that I am not quite ready to leave that world yet, so I have started at the beginning again, listening to them on audiobook - and knitting along, of course! 😃😘
Realm of the Elderlings? Must look that up! x
Yes to listening to the birds :) ...and I'm in awe of anyone who can read and knit...x
I recently discovered Peak Practice on Amazon Prime, I’ve been knitting and binging on that show🤗love it! I enjoy your podcast.
Oh Monty Don love him too😍 My favourite place to knit or crochet is on the pond side , bank while my husband is fishing.
The wildlife is so beautiful , my favourite are the beautiful dragon flies .
xx stay safe
Sounds wonderful! x
❤️ Thank you ❤️
What a fun giveaway!! I'd like to try stitching, I've only tried cross- stitching but that was ages ago when I was a child! I normally knit & watch knitting / gardening podcasts in English, to keep up with the language. Lovely episode, Sherry!
Thank you for your lovely message x
I love to watch podcasts or Netflix I enjoyed Ozark sometimes audio books when knitting ❤️
I cannot watch & knit or do my new attempt at embroidery at the same time
After watching Outlander series I’ve become hooked on the clear Scottish sounds from outlander playlist & especially a girl called Ella Roberts from TH-cam there is always stunning videos so I watched them when first saving them then can have the beautiful sounds while crafting that is my lockdown isolation treat
I catch up on vlogs at bed time another treat I want to thank all bloggers podcasters you have been amazing company in my solo isolation along with fantastic yarns so Sherry I thank you 🙏🏻
Thank you for your lovely message xx
I must find out about Ella Roberts - sounds wonderful xx
I love to listen to podcasts...The Moth is my favorite!
Oh SUCH fun! xx Yes - I'm always pressing pause, sew sew, pause again....
I watch and listen to knitting podcasts while I craft. Listen to music on my iPad when I paint.
Thanks for the giveaway x
I tend to watch crafty podcasts whilst knitting or sewing but if I really need to concentrate then I'll pop on some classical music to help me focus. Loved the quiz...not a great score but I did manage to remember all the Bennet sisters! ❤
Well done with the Bennet sisters! Classical music - I must listen to more x
Loved the quiz Sherry what a fun idea. And you just happened to ask questions about some of my favourites - You’ve Got Mail, P&P, Roman Holiday, Les Mis - I feel a binge watch coming on ❤️
All my favourites - we have such similar taste! xx
All my favourites too! x
Hi,I love watching podcasts and films when I am knitting.x
No - I didn't make the blouse but it is so very similar to one I wanted to make. Thank you for your message xx
Thanks🏡 sherry!
That was fun quiz,,,,Only got 3 right!!
Love UR granny blanket,,,still haven't started one!
Just purchased Kays village fete sock pattern,,,,So may the socks Today!

Hi Elaine :)
I made the quiz too hard I think!
How are you getting on with the Village Fete socks?
xx
HI,,,
Started a granny stripe ,,,Finally!
Sherrie inspired me ,,,to join her mal ,,,,
Haven't started the socks yet,,,
But looking forward to do them Next!
Take care
Two short circulars - interesting - thank you. Glad the yarn has arrived safely xx
