Well technically if gravity magic can be used in any way shape or form similar to radahn's abilities, then the average gravity spell caster can literally call upon meteors from the sky at will. Get a couple dudes on that and you won't need artillery.

While demigods like Radahn are a level of their own, there is plenty of evidence that non-demigod magic users are a force to be reckoned with such as the carian knights or how the school of raya lucaria.
And this is reason why there are no dragons in Bloodborne, Several big dudes with big ass cannons proved that evolution of dragon while powerful is dead end compared to ingenuity :)

It would be interesting to see what the depraved perfumers could do with their aoe spam if you got a bunch of them against other enemies or bosses. Also for bloodborne, it would be a cool idea to create a nightmare executioner (Axe) duo boss and see how they compare to other bosses.
