This intro is a rough framework of what I am hoping to achieve with this youtube channel.
Going into surgery relatively healthy and able-bodied can be incredibly difficult. It can even feel similar to elective surgery, but in reality, it is not! Choosing to have agency over one's body is never elective, it is necessary. So I hope to provide helpful tips and shed light on my personal experience to help anyone else out there who preparing for, thinking about or currently recovering from reconstructive knee surgery!
